Stayed a couple.of nights in a family room - this had two separate spacious bedrooms, each with their own tea/coffee and TV facilities which was well stocked. Although there wasn't a sea view from our room, the view over swanage and surrounding hills was still lovely and provided some stunning sunsets. The hotel itself was clean and tidy and staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was also well catered, and the beach was a short walk away albeit via a couple of steep routes down the cliff. Swanage town and seafront was a couple of minutes by car.
My only gripe would be the room was very warm, on arrival we found the radiator set to maximum which wasn't necessary given the bank holiday weather, but this was soon turned down and cooled with the provided fans.
Overall, I would recommended this hotel and look forward to planning another short stay later in the year.
