Lovely Sea View Double Room with Balcony. Beautiful views. Breakfast was good and all of the Staff were very polite and helpful. Would recommend if you want a quiet break.

We had a two night weekend stay. Evening meal was very good and the morning breakfast is excellent. Great choice of continental and help yourself to a full English Breakfast. I recommend paying the little extra for a room with balcony and the wonderful sea views with the Isle of Wight on the horizon. Wonderful helpful staff.

Lovely clean and tidy hotel. The rooms look refurbished and were spotless. We had the family room which was bigger than we were expecting. Two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. The staff were pleasant. Parking plentiful. Breakfast (eggs, hash browns, beans, sausages, bacon etc.) was included. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. Perfect for our stay.

Stayed a couple.of nights in a family room - this had two separate spacious bedrooms, each with their own tea/coffee and TV facilities which was well stocked. Although there wasn't a sea view from our room, the view over swanage and surrounding hills was still lovely and provided some stunning sunsets. The hotel itself was clean and tidy and staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was also well catered, and the beach was a short walk away albeit via a couple of steep routes down the cliff. Swanage town and seafront was a couple of minutes by car. My only gripe would be the room was very warm, on arrival we found the radiator set to maximum which wasn't necessary given the bank holiday weather, but this was soon turned down and cooled with the provided fans. Overall, I would recommended this hotel and look forward to planning another short stay later in the year.

Amazing spot and the single room was in good condition .But you could hear every creak and groan from the room above doesn't make for a good experience.And they happily changed my room for the only single room left which was in poor condition squeezed between two other rooms with my separate bathroom between two rooms must have been annoying for them every time i used the bathroom .Personally i think they should do away with the single rooms they seem an after though.

It’s a family house, which happens to be owned by the hotel. It’s excellent and we had a fab time. Thanks to the hotel for making us feel welcome.

Room looked out over the beach and whole bay, Wooden garden picket fence needs to be checked. Staff were all excellent and helpful Restaurant was first class,

The hotel is stunning, it's the first time we've visited and room was out of this world, the view was another level and the service we've received was outstanding, everyone was so friendly and helpful and we will definitely be back soon, Thank you for a fantastic stay. ☺️

Great sea view

Pet friendly at £20 per dog per night. Unfortunately don’t allow your dog in the bar, lounge nor restaurant so the charge feels a bit steep.. That aside, lovely staff, location and good breakfast.

Stunning views over the sea and good food. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful. The sound proofing in the bedrooms could be improved as the sound of the TV next door was quite intrusive.

Buffet breakfast was good but when they cooked it from the kitchen it was excellent.

Great sea views from our room, the lounge and dining room. Sound proofing and water pressure let the score down a bit. The food choices lacked immediate access to non-dairy and gluten free options however the team were helpful once asked. The menu choices were limited for vegans. The double room, whilst small (as we were advised), was warm clean and comfortable.

Everything was wonderful! The location is oerfect for a stroll down to Swanage and back, access to the beach is via some steep stairs but this means its nice and quiet. The room was very clean and bathroom was wonderful with more hot water than you could ever want. Food and breakfast were good with impecable speed and incredible views. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful, always happy to help and had a smile on their face.

The room was very clean and pleasant with fantastic views. Bathroom a bit small. All the staff were very friendly and professional so a credit to the hotel. Food was very good, both breakfast and dinner so we ate in every evening. Lounge area was comfortable, again with great views and good bar staff. Definitely recommend it.

This is a great hotel, wonderful location and we didn't even get in our car once as it was so easy to walk to town, to the beach and get the steam train also. We had 5 young children and a dog and it worked for everyone. highly recommend
