Staff no support,the concierge dint even had concern to ask me if I need help in bringing my luggage during check in or check out.no customer service.waste of money won’t recommend

The interior part of the hotel and the rooms are top notch and since they are planning for an on the roof kitchen for meal service in a few months its going to get only better in service, the area however is crowded since its close to MSRIT and also noisy and congested and the area cleanliness is also bad apart from the location the property is top notch
