I was disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning appeared to be unstable, and both the lobby and sleeping areas were uncomfortably hot throughout my visit.
The bathroom facilities were particularly concerning. Ventilation was extremely poor, leaving the area damp and humid. The shower doors did not extend all the way to the floor, causing water to spill across the linoleum flooring throughout the shower area. This constant moisture appeared to contribute to mold growth in multiple locations. The showers themselves were also not clean, which further added to the overall impression of poor maintenance.
I was also frustrated by the towel policy. The sign at the front desk stated that towels cost €3 and suggested this covered the day, but in practice I was charged €3 each time I needed a towel. This was not clearly communicated.
Additionally, I requested a lower-floor sleep capsule due to mobility issues and difficulty climbing, but my request was denied. This made my stay unnecessarily difficult and less accessible.
Overall, the cleanliness, ventilation, temperature control, and customer service did not meet my expectations. I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it to travelers seeking a comfortable or accessible accommodation.
