Accessible room was small with no desk, no telephone, no room service, no face cloths, shower room was large but had all toiletries were stacked on back of large wash hand basin which made them out of reach for someone in a wheelchair.

Meget god mottagelse ved innsjekking. Flotte fasiliteter ved lounge området. Lite praktisk og ikke så fornøyd med at det var åpen løsning bad/toalett i rommet uten vegg mellom. Det hadde blitt topp karakter dersom det var vegg og dør og skilte bad/toalett og soverom. Frokosten var veldig bra. Godt utvalg og god service. Likte godt at det var større fokus på de sunne råvarene enn alt som er søt og fett. Restaurantene på hotellet var av veldig høy klasse når det gjaldt både mat og service.

The hotel is located perfectly to go and for tourist attractions, restaurants and nightlife. Staff were amazing and so helpful and accommodating. Also, speak to Roberto who has fantastic knowledge of Malta and can help you plan your holiday exactly how you like it. 5 stars and will definitely come back again

Tolle Lage, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet. Es gab neben einem Föhn sogar ein Glätteisen am Zimmer. Einen Steamer für Kleidung und noch vieles mehr. Das Frühstücksbuffet war genial. Für jeden was dabei inkl. frischer warme Gerichte die man jeden Tag bestellen konnte. Der Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad und Indoorpool auch perfekt nach einem langen Spaziergang. Den Außenpool konnten wir nicht probieren da das Wetter noch zu kalt war. Optisch aber auch toll.

Melia Malta is the best 5* hotel. Rooms are beautiful, beds are confortable, staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is delicious, Restaurants : exquisite food. I recommend 100% Melia Malta.

Stayed as a couple for an anniversary. We found the hotel staff to be incredible, from the concierge, to the reception and the breakfast servers, everyone was so kind and patient. The hotel is amazing, great facilities, beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. A special thanks to Francesco, the front desk manager, he's a wonderfully kind and professional hotelier.

Fantastic modern hotel in shabby location

ME Hotel was an amazing. The staff were very welcoming and made the stay experience wonderful. We ate at 2 of the restaurants for lunch then dinner on the rooftop. We enjoyed cocktails next to the pool soaking up the sunshine. Our room was very spacious with beautiful views over the sea. The glass ran the length of the room with a terrace were we enjoyed morning coffee watching the sunrise. The room was clean and well appointed with hairdryer, steamer, hair straightener and safe. We used the spa several times and had treatments that were very professionally done. We really didn't want to leave.

Overall a good stay with great service, location, and facilities. The staff are very professional. That said, I'm disappointed about two things. First, my Expedia Platinum status did not result in the room upgrade I requested. Second, there was no pricing information for the mini-bar items in the room. It’s quite confusing to see a fridge full of items without knowing the cost; I didn't feel comfortable consuming anything until I called to confirm, only to be told that only water/coffee were complimentary. Clearer communication on member benefits and mini-bar pricing is needed.

Room, staff and amenities. One of my best experiences of hospitality, truly hitting above their weight and deserve special recognition. Not many hotels have me and partner looking forward to coming back, but this is one of them.

Super freundliches Personal, angefangen vom Empfang mit Sekt über Zimmerservice sowohl auch beim Frühstück. Das Zimmer hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen, eine Sache währe jedoch ratsam, die Fliesen in der Dusche sind sehr glatt, die Gefahr zu rutschen ist sehr groß.

The hotel design is more focused toward aesthetic rather than guest experience. Guests therefore hane to work their way around very pretty surroundings which pose an inconvenience. Room layout also not practical and not separation between bedrooms and bathrooms. Ok for an overnight stay but not longer.

We enjoyed the room and hotel a lot. Stylish design, great breakfast and beautiful SPA area. The front desk was very friendly and the concierge was really helpful with the transfer booking! Thank you for that! This is the hotel we will return to next time we are in Malta :)

The room was large, well designed and full of light and had a great view. The breakfast was one of the finest I ever had. The staff were friendly and polite. The spa is the best on the island.
