Lovely comfortable room. But if you are a couple then make sure you take a set of towels, as they only provide one towel. In a student area bars can be a little noisy. But great place for amenities and Leeds centre.

Everything was really fine...apart from the fire alarm on the first day at 8:00. I rushed out of the buiding, noone came or seemed bothered, the alarm rang for close to an hour. Is there any manager on duty? Otherwise, I would recommend the place, ideally located in the town center, 20 min walk to the University, very clean, spacious room with kitchen corner and fridge.

The apartment was super clean and convenient to get to. Everything you need is within walking distance. The only minor issue we had was with the shower cause the shower sliding door wouldn’t “lock” and it kept sliding itself open. The apartment is located right next to a few clubs so it can get a bit loud during the weekends.

Unbearably hot. Insanely loud until 5 AM some nights. Black out shades don’t black anything out. Poorly equipped studio kitchen. Contacted management about a window that wouldn’t open, they emailed back asking for a picture of the window like they didn’t know what ‘window’ meant then ignored me when I sent it. ‘Balcony’ was a half meter wide walkway that goes around the front of the building shared with everyone else on the top floor. One of the worst studios I’ve stayed in over the last 6 months of travel. Save your money and your sanity. Stay somewhere else.

Overall very happy with my stay although discovered the cutlery at the end of the stay and being small having essential items on the highest shelf wasnt the best. The accommodation was central although noisy due to local bars. The fire alarm went off at6.25 on Sunday morning and it was gone 8 before the security arrived to turn it off.
