A unique and very pleasant experience. A little out of the way from restaurant and commercial areas of Cornwall.

The rooms are clean and the staff is great. We stop here often as it is close to the re-hab hospital. The single room with a single queen room is small but we only use the hotel to sleep

We had dinner in the bar, which was delicious bar food. the breakfast was a buffet, not to expensive and very healthy.

Very funky architecture with maze of hallways

It is a very confusing layout and the hallways are a literal maze. I booked a queen room and it was a double bed. It was clean, thankfully, but I would not stay here again. The front desk staff were fine but did not explain anything about amenities or no mention of breakfast options that were mentioned in the initial booking. When I called to ask if there was toothpaste available the woman seemed confused that would be an inquiry (which I feel like is a pretty normal thing). Just an all around weird situation.

The staff were very accommodating pleasant and quick to solve any little ptoblem that came along!! One suggestion would bebto invest in new telephones...ours did not work at all and wss aged with ..wellnjust old and yellow looking.Also i would suggest Stationary and a pen on thr desks inbyour rooms, The Queen Suite is a perfect setup!! A map eould be handy or better signage to go to the front desk. We got lost in the maze!! Overall i will be back andbwill recommend!! Thanks for a lovely stay!!
