We stayed there for just two days during our trip. The staff was fantastic — attentive without being intrusive. We truly enjoyed our time. The outside pool area was closed for maintenance, but that’s expected eventually, so it’s not a big issue. The sleep was incredibly comfortable — like sleeping on clouds; I’ve never felt this rested! Unfortunately, the spa experience was disappointing. I had planned relaxing treatments with bubbly wine and candles, but I didn’t even get to that. When I inquired about availability, the staff looked annoyed when I opened the door, but I asked anyway. I was told the next opening was in two weeks. When I mentioned I was only there for two days and asked to be notified of cancellations, the staff member simply said “oh too bad” and rolled her eyes. A few years ago, I had a similar experience trying to book an appointment at that spa. Nonetheless, we will definitely return to the resort — I’ll just skip the spa. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I've noticed some improvements in the facility since the last time we were there, room is clean, staff are friendly and good food in the restaurant with reasonable price.

The pools were relaxing and not overly crowded. The steam room and small hot tub were out of order. But the spa did not disappoint!

The view was as expected for the season and we did not use the Spa. Room was clean, toilet is not secure to floor. Staff are not what I would consider pleasant, and get in your way rather then work around you. I don't feel they appreciate that we come out of our way to be there, this is a luxury.

Nice place to stay for families

Perfect for families. Yes it’s outdated but still good for the price. Water slide was down during our stay but kids still enjoyed the pool. Food was amazing and drinks were great.

Children's pool not suitable for older teens- just wading pools, pool slide not operational to entertain older teens, adult pool restricted to 18+ so it is awkward to have shared pool time with mature, less active teens. End of March visit: All staff very friendly, free access to winter sports equipment due to closing of pool slide, natural scenic, outdoor setting

Rooms weren’t the cleanest. Lots of water features not working in pool areas which were dirty. Food was mid par and service wasn’t good, very slow

There is a lot of mildew in the bathrooms and pools. The waterslide and other amenities were also closed.

Pool area was quite chilly. Hot tub not working 😕 Sauna not working. Outdoor pool too cold to enjoy Pool liner had too many uncomfortable ripples Sand / dirt in the bottom of pool unimpressive.

On the adults side the Sauna and Hot tub were out of order, the water slide wasn’t open on the kids side. Pool areas looked very dated and needed a deep clean and scrub .

The room was dirty and run down, hot tub and sauna didn’t work and we were not informed of that prior to our visit. I also got severly sick from drinking the tap water (there was no warning posted of a water advisory) my partner and I have emailed the hotel as well as general manager multiple times to express these concerns and have been ignored, Expedia representative also spoke with the hotel who said they cannot locate my reservation details which is awesome considering they charged my credit card. Do not book here

There was a friendly man I believe his name was Jose who worked the check-in counter. He was always there ,always smiling, always friendly. Really made my day every time I came down to go to the pool to see him smiling and waving hello. Honestly he is the best part of the hotel. Pools cool too. Lol
