Property was close to Kintetsu-Nara station in a lively area surrounded by plenty of food and grocery stores, so it is a convenient. No interaction with anyone needed, just fill out the Minpaku form and host will send check-in code to enter property on your own time. It is also close to where busses transfer to Nara park. Property is up several flights of stairs. Property is very spacious, modern with a touch of traditional Japanese housing. Bedding is plentiful and clean. There are 2 floors to the property and a nice balcony with patio set. Both bathrooms have modern bidets, a nice hair dryer, plenty of towels, and amenities like a hotel. The shower room is also really nice, modern while still maintaining a soak tub. Living room has a huge island for eating and preparing food. There is a new refrigerator, air fryer, dish dryer, stove and sink. Plenty of new and clean dishwater and pots/pans/silverware for preparing your own foods. There is a lot of cabinet space to store your belongings and hang your clothes. Lots of windows for beautiful natural lighting. Overall an excellent stay as long as you can walk up several flights of stairs.

It was a perfectly nice property, and was in a really good location. However, communications with the host were really poor, and check-in was a huge fiasco. I think they tried to provide check-in information to my home phone number, but obviously, as a traveller, I had no access to my home phone number. There was no other way to get in contact with this host. They provided us a phone number in the booking info, but we called it and it turned out to be the wrong number. We had to plead with the stores in the basement of the building to help us out, which was really stressful.

寝室とリビングの僅かな段差があって、子供から年寄りまでつま先を強打していた。。 3人目からは荷物など置いてガードしていたが、それでも子供はつまづいていたので、配慮が欲しいと感じた。それ以外はかなり最高でした。アメニティが素晴らしいと、美容系は絶賛でした。ありがとうございました。
