Chính sách hoàn tiền
  1. Phí thuê xe được tính theo khu vực đón/trả khách, tuyến đường đi và loại xe.
  2. Chi phí thuê bao gồm nhiên liệu, phí đường cao tốc và phí đậu xe tại sân bay.
  3. Hành khách phải trả thêm phí bằng tiền mặt trực tiếp cho nhân viên hoặc tài xế TTS nếu thay đổi khu vực đón/trả khách.
  4. Giá có thể thay đổi mà không báo trước.
  1. During booking, please ensure that you choose the appropriate pick-up time for your airport transfer.
  2. You are advised to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure for international flights or 2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights. Timing your arrival at the airport according to this advisory will minimize the impact of risks such as traffic, route changes, or other delays.
  3. Please be informed that Traveloka is not liable for missed flights caused by inappropriate pickup times.
  4. For passengers traveling to the airport, lateness is tolerated up to a maximum of 30 minutes after the chosen pick-up time. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically cancelled and cannot be refunded.
  5. For passengers traveling from the airport, lateness is tolerated for a maximum of 60 minutes (for domestic arrivals) or 90 minutes (for international arrivals) after the chosen pick-up time. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically cancelled and cannot be refunded.
  6. Passengers traveling from the airport must meet the TTS staff at the pick-up location. Please see your Traveloka voucher for further instructions.
  7. The standard baggage measurement for one item is 24 inches (43 x 23 x 63 cm). This includes suitcases, backpacks (carriers), and cardboard boxes. Strollers, wheelchairs, and folding bicycles, will be counted as two items.
  8. All luggage must be placed in the third row of the vehicle and should not block the rear view. Carry-on bags or backpacks smaller than 60 liters can be placed in the front row of the vehicle.
  9. Oversized luggage (above standard measurement), such as surfboards, non-folding bicycles, or sharp/hazardous objects that could cause damage are not permitted inside the vehicle.
  10. Passengers must follow the passenger and baggage limitation for the selected vehicle, as informed during booking.
  11. The driver has the right to refuse passengers bringing luggage not fulfilling the above requirements.
  12. Passengers can change their flight details or contact info by calling Traveloka Customer Service.
  13. If your flight is delayed, please call TTS at +66824502777 before boarding to get further confirmation.
  1. Hành khách phải tuân thủ quy định giới hạn số hành khách và hành lý cụ thể của xe đã được nêu trong khi đặt chỗ.
  2. Hành khách không được hút thuốc, mang các chất nặng mùi và/hoặc nguy hiểm lên xe của TTS. Các vật dụng nguy hiểm bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn các vật sắc nhọn, dễ cháy, chất nổ, chất hoá học, vật liệu nguy hiểm và thuốc cấm.
  3. Hành khách không được lái xe TTS.
  4. Hành khách không được sử dụng dịch vụ xe TTS cho các hoạt động tội phạm và vi phạm luật pháp.
  5. Hành khách chịu trách nhiệm cho những hậu quả gây ra khi vi phạm các chính sách đã nêu ở trên.
  1. Đổi lịch lại chỉ có thể được thực hiện ít nhất 24 giờ trước giờ đón.
  2. Đổi lịch lại sẽ dựa trên tình trạng có sẵn xe hơi phục vụ.
  3. Đổi lịch lại được miễn phí. Tuy nhiên, nếu có chênh lệch giá đối với phí thuê giữa lịch trình cũ và mới, chênh lệch giá này sẽ do hành khách chịu.
  1. Để huỷ đặt chỗ và yêu cầu hoàn tiền, vui lòng liên hệ bộ phận Hỗ trợ Khách hàng qua số 1900-6978.
  2. Hoàn tiền được áp dụng với các yêu cầu huỷ đặt chỗ thực hiện tối đa 24 giờ trước giờ đặt chỗ đã thoả thuận.
  3. Số tiền được hoàn là 100% phí thuê xe.
  4. Số tiền hoàn lại sẽ được chuyển qua phương thức thanh toán đã sử dụng khi đặt chỗ.
