Discover Japan’s scenic Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. Enjoy aerial views of the snowy Japanese alps from the Tateyama Ropeway. Hop aboard the Tateyama and Kanden Tunnel Trolley Buses and to see Kurobe Dam. Glide along Lake Kurobe aboard the Garube Cruise ship. Admire the towering snow walls that line the roads as you hop on local buses.

JR Line: Non-reserved seating on JR limited express, express, rapid, and local trains • Between Nagoya station and Toyama station (via Tokaido/Takayama lines)
• Between Shinano-Omachi station and Nagoya station (via Oito/Shinonoi/Chuo Main lines)
>> Timetable: Nagoya ~ Toyama (Takayama Line), Nagoya ~ Matsumoto ~ Shinano-Omachi (Chuo / Oito lines)

Alpine Route & Toyama Chiho Railway
• Between Dentetsu-Toyama and Shinano-Omachi within Alpine Route
• Non-reserved seating on Toyama Chiho Railway limited express trains between Dentetsu-Toyama station and Tateyama station
>> Timetable：Dentetsu-Toyama Station ~ Shinano-Omachi Station

－Important Info－

Please select your pick-up date when booking and pick-up on your selected date

Please be mindful of the service hours of pick-up counters

Please ensure that the information provided is correct, additional surcharge applies for any adjustments made after booking confirmation

Please note that no refund will be provided if pass is used to reserve seats less than 4 times

This pass is not accessible for Green Cars, Home Liner railway line or other liners, Tokaido Shinkansen, Hokuriku Shinkansen and Toyama Chiho Railway (Terada - Kurobe Unazuki Onsen section). An additional charge will be applied

If the ticket's validity period is exceeded while the passenger is on board the train, travel may proceed to the final station on the ticket as long as the passenger does not make any stopovers en route

Even if you visit Japan with an Exchange Order, to be turned in for a JR Pass, the exchange cannot be made unless you have "Temporary Visitor" status; if you enter Japan under any other official status, such as "Trainee," "Entertainer," or "Reentry Permit," you cannot change the Exchange Order for a JR Pass

No refund will be provided due to ineligibility for voucher redemption

— Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route —

The Alpine Route can be crowded during peak travel months from April to June, transportation may require queueing

Reservations are not necessary if you wish to ride the Tateyama Cable Car, please refrain from reserving web tickets online

Present your JR Alpine-Takayama-Matsumoto Area Pass at the ticketing office of Tateyama Station or Kurobeko Station to redeem a ticket for transportation between Tateyama and Kurobeko

Baggage delivery services between the Toyama area and Shinano-Omachi area are available for an additional fee

－How to Redeem Your Voucher－

Present the QR code on your Traveloka printed or e-voucher at the designated counter in Hong Kong International Airport to redeem your JR Pass MCO voucher

Show your MCO voucher and passport for ticket exchange, please redeem your voucher within 3 months after date of issue
