－What You Can Expect－

Depart on a limited season tour to Ibaraki Prefecture from Tokyo for a plum and cherry blossom day tour. Ascend to the sacred Oiwa Mountain. Trek upwards to Oiwa Shrine, dedicated to 188 gods. On your way, don't forget to spot the giant 500-year-old Japanese cedar tree with three trunks.

Arrive at the vast Kairakuen Garden for the 123rd Mito Plum Festival. Visit one of the three greatest gardens in all of Japan for springtime flower blooms. Delight in 3,000 white and red plum blossoms spread throughout the park, with a total of 100 varieties. Stroll through pathways lined with blossoms and witness them at their various stages of bloom.

Cap the day by visiting Ibaraki Flower Park with flowers blooming all year round. Relax under the blooms of over 250 Kawazu cherry blossoms. Immerse yourself in the reds and yellows of the poinsettia and amur adonis flower gardens as well. Head up to the 20m observation deck for a colorful panoramic view of the whole park.
