Before installing eSIM, please make sure to connect to WiFi or mobile network to scan the QR Code or enter it manually to add the action plan. (After the iPhone is updated to iOS 17, you can directly click "Open Photos" to scan the picture QRCode in the phone to install it)

Please follow the instructions to install it. Do not jump out of the screen during the process, so as to prevent the mobile phone from misjudging and causing the eSIM plan to be deleted

A QR code can only be scanned once with a mobile phone, and cannot be replaced after binding

If an error message is displayed after scanning, it does not mean that esim is invalid. Please restart your phone and go to the mobile service page to check whether esim has been bound to your phone, or contact customer service for assistance. Do not scan other QRCodes without authorization to cause repeated binding and cause esim to become invalid.

Please make sure to activate your eSIM within 30 days of receipt. It must be activated and used within the validity period. No refunds or extensions will be provided for expired eSIMs.

For iPhone, please delete the description file (check steps: Settings->General->Device Management, scroll to the bottom. If there is no description file, it means normal), so as not to cause unsmooth use

If the eSIM plan is not used up or the plan is deleted without the judgment of the customer service staff, it will not be reissued or refunded

Scanning the QR code on the same day counts as the first day of use. It is recommended to scan and install it before takeoff or after arriving at your destination to avoid premature activation that may affect your usage rights. Midnight 0:00 Taiwan time (GMT+8) marks the beginning of a new day, using a non-24-hour system.

The quality of telecommunications networks in different countries varies, and the base station construction is not as dense as in Taiwan. The region and telecommunications construction of each country are different. Refunds cannot be requested due to signal conditions in a few areas. If you encounter poor signal, you can manually switch telecom providers. Telecommunications provider switching method: Network selection/Telecom provider>Automatic shutdown>After searching, there will be different telecom providers to choose from.

Actual signal and connection speeds may vary due to factors such as region, terrain, weather, building obstruction, number of users, network system, or end-user equipment. For example, if 5G networks are not supported locally or by your mobile phone, the connection will automatically switch to a 4G signal.
