出張で利用しました。フレンドリーなスタッフが対応してくれ、快適に過ごすことができました。 近所には、飲食店があり、食事には困らないと思います。 モシ市中心からは少し離れているので、車がないと不便だと思います。

The property is a locally owned hidden gem in Moshi, conveniently located near (~5 min drive) the town center. It was the perfect place to relax and recover after climbing Kilimanjaro. It offered the relaxed vibe we were looking for, while being close enough to entertainment if we needed it. And they helped us get to town when we needed to. One of the property’s biggest assets is the staff. They were all very friendly, pleasant, helpful, welcoming, and offered amazing service. They went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The food was great too. Because it is a small property, they are pretty flexible on meal times and are able to customize most of your meals easily. The amenity I appreciated the most about the property was its WIFI. After running around Tanzania with spotty WIFI and cellular reception, it was great to have reliable WIFI that was fast and didn’t go off. I was able to finally reach my family and friends, share pictures and videos, etc. Oh and did I mention that the place is very reasonably priced? I highly recommend this property. They also offer transportation to the airport at an added fee, which adds to the convenience.

I felt comfortable staying at this hotel, I appreciate the pickup from the bus station which was a good price $5usd, it was roomy enough to fit my 8 luggages, and 2 passengers. On my arrival everyone was welcoming and polite. My room was nice and clean. However the dinner was pricey for the location, however breakfast was yummy. The beds was comfortable, the room was was spacious, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The hotel arranged the driver to take me to the waterfalls for $30usd which is a good price for the area. They also took me to Arusha to get my covid test for traveling out of the country but charged me $100usd from moshi to Arusha and back to the hotel, I felt overcharged for the ride. I say this because I paid $59usd for two tickets to Niarobi with an additional luggage fee on a private shuttle. When the owner realized I was no longer spending extra money for dinner and other options the hotel offered(I ate outside of hotel for lunch and dinner). My last night stay changed, I had no WIFI for work (bill not paid, I told the staff but no changes) , no hot water in shower (ad says 24hr hot water) and the staff failed to tell shuttle company to come pick me up from hotel. I had to rush the staff to help me load luggages and leave to the bus station. It seemed as if they wanted me to miss my shuttle so I can stay another day at the hotel. Overall I was comfortable but the overcharging, lack of wifi, and hot water was the only problem. I am a USA traveler.

Really cute hotel. We told them we needed to transfer to another one in Arusha because of flight was cancelled and we had to cross the border. They just moved us to their other property with no extra charge. We loved both properties. The Moshi location can use some help with lighting in the main dinning area. Some nicer decoration - take out all the promotional posters. Overall we liked the hospitality and they are super friendly
