Hermosa la zona, muy linda la habitación. Solo dos puntos negativos. Las toallas no las cambiaron de un día para otro, nos dejaron las mismas. Y la cama si bien era super cómoda, eran dos cañas unidas, y se podía sentir el medio hasta a veces se separaba y quedaba un hueco.

We needed a basic room in Palermo before an early morning flight to El Calafate. We also will return to this property before catching our flight out of the country. We got in early and they held our bags and are holding our one bag while we travel Patagonia. This is a big help. The main check in area is a few doors down from the Didi Rooms space (at Soho Hotel) and this was not clear until I called and got the instructions in Spanish. Can't speak to the availability of English, as we got by in Spanish. Room 106 was right near the main communal 'living room' space and the main door and slightly noisy still at 10pm. But by 2 am when we checked out it was very quiet and we were surprised to discover a bar with music a few doors down- we couldn't hear it. This place was 20 minutes from AEP, easy access to Ubers in the area and great for shopping and many restaurants/nightlife. Great value and location. Small space, simple offerings but just what we needed for price and location.

  • Phí dịch vụ xe đưa đón sân bay: 40 USD mỗi xe (một chiều)

Es un buen lugar y atienden personas muy amables. Pero no me gustó que las habitaciones estuvieran en otro lugar, alejado de la recepción. Nunca supe tampoco donde era el desayuno ya que la persona que me recibió no me indico. En general el servicio es bueno, limpio y el sector es el excelente.

I was really badly received in this hotel. Honestly I've never had such a bad experience in a hotel : I arrived really late, arround 3am - and I had called the night before to warm them about my late check in. However, the reception did not had my reservation at first sight when I arrived. I was told by the reception to find me another hotel, and when I complained (my reservation was already paid) the guy shouted at me, behave in mean manner, and made me feel very bad. Finally after more than half an hour of negotiation, he accepted to gave me one small room (still being rude at me). The day after, they realized that it was an error in their system, and said "sorry for the inconvenient". The room they gave me was short on hot water, as a detail... So I REALLY DO NOT ADVISE THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE WHO ARRIVES LATE IN BUENOS AIRES !

Fue una buena cama y un buen aire acondicionado pero el hotel desafortunadamente lo tienen muy abandonado. Tiene una buena estructura pero la luz del ascensor no funciona, no hay personal que atienda las 24 horas, (hay que ir hasta el siguiente hotel) no estuvo mal, pero para la estructura que tiene debería fijarse un poco más en los detalles.

חלק מעובדי המלון בקושי מדברים אנגלית דבר שאינו מקובל, בלילה הראשון קיבלתי חדר עם מזגן מקולקל ונאלצתי לשהות בו כיוון שלא היה להם מי שיתקן את זה. רק לאחר יומיים בעקבות תלונתי קיבלתי שדרוג והעברה לחדר טוב יותר במלון הסמוך בשל הבעיה שהיתה. חוצמזה המלון ממוקם מעולה בשכונת פלארמו, החדר נעים בסך הכל והמיטה היתה נוחה מאוד.

A éviter absolument, un établissement vétuste, un service en dessous de tout (chambres non faites, accueil laissant à désirer, impossibilité d'obtenir une facture alors que le paiement c'est fait à l’hôtel). Seul point (très) favorable le quartier de Palermo Viejo qui est définitivement l'un des plus agréables de Buenos Aires à tout point de vue (Restaurants, Ambiance, Shopping...)

Great location in lovely palermo neighborhood! First night i got a room without working AC and not clean bed, but than they switch me to a new room which was very good. Not all the receptionists know English which is something i hope they will change in the future. In overall - great place at affordable price.

Buscamos hotel porque NO me gustan los HOSTEL y terminamos pagando precio hotel en un lugar de precarias condiciones y atenciones. NO andaba el hidromasaje con el que publicitan el servicio, las toallas de las habitaciones estaban viejas, rotas y SUCIAS. Hicimos un reclamo y NUNCA se comunicaron de nuevo con nosotros. Lo único bueno era la presión de la ducha y la comodidad de la cama. No tenía secador de pelo, no tenía frigobar, repito, es un Hostel publicado como Hotel, con precio de Hotel. Decepcionante. No volvería y No lo recomendaría, aconsejaría ir a un hostel donde vas consiente de que las atenciones pueden no ser las mejores y evitas el mal trago. Para preparar un café en el espacio común, tenes que cargar agua de una canilla que se usa para regar las plantas. ¬¬

El hotel es sencillo pero lindo y limpio. Lo que me decepcionó fue que ofrecían minibar (y no tiene), tv por cable (y no tiene), bañera (adivinen qué? Tampoco tenía). Además la 1era habitación que nos asignaron tenía el aire dañado y en la tv no se veían ni los canales de señal abierta. Salvamos la atención del personal, ambos muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar, a pesar de que era 31 de diciembre pasadas las 23hs.

regular. esperaba un hotel mejor por el precio que pague. ademas supuestamente hubo un problema con la reserva que hice con hoteles.com y la primera noche la pase en una habitacion super pequeña y que no tenia luz en el baño. El check in por tal motivo demoro como 1 hora. El personal que atiende me parecio un tanto maleducado. lo unico bueno q tiene el hotel es la ubicacion aunque en esa cuadra hay bares que ponen musica y es ruidoso por la noche. Por lo que vale he estado en hoteles mucho mas lindos esteticamente y mejor atendidos. los baños son muy feos. en si toda la habitacion lucia muy vieja. los tv y todo. y el subte queda como a 12 cuadras lo cual tambien lo veo como algo negativo. cuando hice el check out el empleado estaba hablando por telefono y me.miro como que necesitas y le dije q hacia el check out y me tomo la tarjeta de la puerta y ni me dijo ok gracias esta bien. siguio hablando. me parecio un maleducado. jamas volveria a este hotel. prefiero ir a uno cerca del obelisco que son mejores y cuestan menos

Lo único bueno era la presión de la ducha y la comodidad de la cama. No tenía secador de pelo, no tenía frigobar, repito, es un Hostel publicado como Hotel, con precio de Hotel. Decepcionante. No volvería y No lo recomendaría, aconsejaría ir a un hostel donde vas consiente de que las atenciones pueden no ser las mejores y evitas el mal trago. Para preparar un café en el espacio común, tenes que cargar agua de una canilla que se usa para regar las plantas. ¬¬

El hotel es sencillo pero lindo y limpio. Lo que me decepcionó fue que ofrecían minibar (y no tiene), tv por cable (y no tiene), bañera (adivinen qué? Tampoco tenía). Además la 1era habitación que nos asignaron tenía el aire dañado y en la tv no se veían ni los canales de señal abierta. Salvamos la atención del personal, ambos muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar, a pesar de que era 31 de diciembre pasadas las 23hs.

regular. esperaba un hotel mejor por el precio que pague. ademas supuestamente hubo un problema con la reserva que hice con hoteles.com y la primera noche la pase en una habitacion super pequeña y que no tenia luz en el baño. El check in por tal motivo demoro como 1 hora. El personal que atiende me parecio un tanto maleducado. lo unico bueno q tiene el hotel es la ubicacion aunque en esa cuadra hay bares que ponen musica y es ruidoso por la noche. Por lo que vale he estado en hoteles mucho mas lindos esteticamente y mejor atendidos. los baños son muy feos. en si toda la habitacion lucia muy vieja. los tv y todo. y el subte queda como a 12 cuadras lo cual tambien lo veo como algo negativo. cuando hice el check out el empleado estaba hablando por telefono y me.miro como que necesitas y le dije q hacia el check out y me tomo la tarjeta de la puerta y ni me dijo ok gracias esta bien. siguio hablando. me parecio un maleducado. jamas volveria a este hotel. prefiero ir a uno cerca del obelisco que son mejores y cuestan menos

Hermosa la zona, muy linda la habitación. Solo dos puntos negativos. Las toallas no las cambiaron de un día para otro, nos dejaron las mismas. Y la cama si bien era super cómoda, eran dos cañas unidas, y se podía sentir el medio hasta a veces se separaba y quedaba un hueco.
