A compact but comfortable hotel room with a small balcony. Only had a very basic cafe (coffee, mini bar type drinks & snacks) but the restaurant at hotel next door is very good & only 2 min walk away.

It is v tired. The pvc are coming apart. The worst was the shower. They tried to improve the bathroom putting a rain head shower but it floods. The corner shower stall is not made for it. Bed v soft. Noisy corner on Wakefield and Northbourne

A very ordinary room. I thought I had booked a room with a kitchen and asked specifically at check in to be told yes. Wont be going with Adina again. Substandard.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and the experience was extremely disappointing. First, we were given a room on the 7th floor where the bed head was completely broken—how does a hotel even allow guests into a room like that?
After complaining, we were moved to another room on the 4th floor. But the problems didn’t end there. In freezing, minus-degree weather, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. It’s absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, especially in winter conditions, to fail to provide basic amenities like hot water.
To top it off, no one even apologized — not when we pointed out the broken bed, and not when we raised the issue of no hot water. Absolutely no sense of hospitality or responsibility from the staff.
This hotel is unprofessional, poorly maintained, and completely lacking in basic customer service. Would definitely not recommend it to anyone

Overall a convenient place to stay in Canberra. However there were some negatives - mainly the air conditioning which was haphazard despite valiant attempts by the staff. Initial access to the TV also needed to be corrected by the staff.

Lovely quiet apartment. Comfortable bed. Very close to War Memorial and City. A few minor issues which were dealt with immediately. Great secure on-site parking. Friendly helpful check-in staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, clean and convenient. Paid parking that is secure and undercover. Catering delivered from the neighbouring hotel was more than adequate. Basic drinks available from lobby. Guest rooms don't have crockery and cutlery.

This was a four night solo trip to assist a Motorsport event in the area. From the apartment, it was a simple job to drive to locations on either side of the city, and the light rail stop was very close too to ride into the CBD.
The room was kept exceptionally clean. The room was showing its age and wear, with the wardrobe doors sticking, and noise intrusion from doors slamming in the corridor and upstairs.
Still, for the price asked and the secure underground parking (free with my Hotels.com booking) it represented great value for the location.

THe experience was terrible- the receptionist was extremely rude asked for Parking fee up front when I asked for an invoice she said can't give you one until you leave- how can yo take my money and not issue a receipt the next day your systems were down and I could not get a receipt was promised one sent to me by email and I am still waiting- ot good enough
