Property is older in decor and style, but was comfortable and well located being very close to the town centre and amenities.

The cleaners need to use less detergent when mopping the bathroom tiles, very sticky floor

Bed was comfortable and room was spacious with plenty of storage. Bathroom was small and only fitted one of us. Great location within walking distance to main street and restaurants. We loved Beechworth and surrounds.

Close and walking distance to the shops and restaurants which was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. When walking to our room, liked how the grape vines is all around the front porch of every room. The beds and bathroom were fine and was perfect enough during our stay. Loved the brick walls and high ceiling interior design of the room. Overall, the motel was lovely to stay and had a good night sleep since it located in a quiet area.

Walking distance to most places - billsons - main strip for bakery and Lollie shop - brewery and on a short drive to other places - asylum and goal for tours. Place was exactly as pictured and was lovely staff were really nice and friendly. Highly recommend

This motel is in the heart of Beechworth, and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and dining and retail outlets. So you can forget the car when exploring attractions of this beautful town. It's also very quiet, so no problem for light sleepers. The parking is good, and all the tooms are at ground level. The construction is solid brick, with ceilings much higher than you normally get. Even when it was cold outside, my room still felt warm. My room and bathroom were spotless, with all the facilities one could want for a motel. The owner was very friendly and helpful. My only criticisms would be the rather low water pressure in the shower, and the weak main room light, but this is pretty minor. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Location was excellent. Room itself was dark needed better lighting. Bathroom was very small. Shower head too low for the average person. OK for overnight stop.

Conveniently located within walking distance to main street and eateries. Good size room however beds were a bit low and hard. Would recommend and stay again
