This place seem to be housing vulnerable aboriginal women and their children. I believe there was a contract with local government to house vulnerable people. It is not appropriate to be using the accommodation for both social housing and for holiday accommodation. It is under new management and whilst the current staff were trying to be helpful it is clear that the systems in place are currently on hold whilst they make the changes they need to turn a profit in the future.. The cleaning staff were doing their job but the clientele staying there were very dirty and messy and shared bathrooms were disgusting at times. The only thing that was good about the place was the staff only after I made a fuss of the shared bathroom.
The toilet and bathroom of the single deluxe room which was provided a day later had a toilet facing an open shower and all the water from the shower came into the bathroom. Basically the floors remained wet although bath mats were provided it wasn’t very helpful.

This place needs to be gutted before allowing people to stay here . I would not recommend this place to anyone . I booked a deluxe room you wouldn’t dream of having to share bathrooms that was what happened the first night . Which was horrific and had no choice but to stay in the place .

Ok sted at sove. Der mangler knager i værelserne til håndklæder og andet samt ting man kan ligge sit tøj på så man ikke skal bo i sin kuffert.
Der var en del støj den sidste nat på hotellet af andre gæster.
Parkering var meget rodet da der ikke er pladser nok.

While the room was & bathrooms were clean it was extremely difficult to sleep due to excessive noise all night with kids running around slamming doors adults parties until all hours it was very disappointing as there was no management on site to regulate any inappropriate behaviour. Would not recommend.

Dark dingy rooms that smelt. Bed was saggy ,nowhere to put luggage ,no where to hang clothes, bathroom was covered in mould, fan in main area had not been cleaned for years. Overall terrible !

I would not stay here again. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had, especially considering the amount of money we paid.
We booked a family room thinking we would have our own bathroom, but upon arrival, we discovered that the bathrooms and toilets were shared. Unfortunately, the shared facilities were extremely dirty and poorly maintained, to the point that we did not feel comfortable showering there.
The toilets had no toilet paper, paper towels, hand wash or hand sanitiser. There was also no hot water in the shower. The TV was not working, and the Wi-Fi was also unreliable. Overall, the property clearly requires a significant amount of maintenance and cleaning.
For the price we paid, the experience was extremely poor. This was honestly one of the worst stays we have had, and I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. We will not be returning.

For $180 with shared amenities that's a rip off disgusting no rules implemented for guests noise pollution and absurdly loud conversation and tv also music... Amenities was disgusting and next advertised BACKPACKER ON THIS WEBSITE NEXT TO THE NAME I wouldn't have booked and payed otherwise completely false advertising

It was the perfect place to stay for me. Kitchen was well catered with kettles, toasters, utensils and cooking equipment - however the guests were not good at cleaning up after themselves.
Bathroom was small but manageable for 1 person - however water flooded the bathroom everytime I showered and I needed to use linen to soak it up, the tiles were kinda grimey and there was slight mouldy deposits in the grout.
Living area was perfect with a balcony that was a treat - however there was dusty deposits on top of the fan and the single beds that make up the king size didn't quite match in height causing a ridge in the middle where I wanted to sleep.
Pool area was perfect - the water clean, sun lounges and noodles provided with plenty of tables and seating for eating by the pool, toilets, pool towels provided by reception.
Parking is a bit ordinary with only about 6 parks for 75 units - free street parking available that turned out to be pretty safe during my visit.
Staff were helpful and pleasant, and understanding when I mentioned about guests bit cleaning up after themselves in the kitchen.
Overall I loved my stay here and would stay there again if I'm ever up that way.

The room was very dated and felt like a back packers hostel. But it was super clean. Clean comfy beds and perfect white towels.. but the other guests seemed edgy.. lots of loud shouting & alarms going off early in the morning. The pool was deserted and not appealing. It’s very budget. Wouldn’t stay again tbh. Oh and an ambulance was there one morning.. lots of drinking in rooms I think. Not great.
