Check in and out were easy. The unit was clean and well equipped. Easy train access and the the restaurant downstairs was good.

Suzanne from management team, who gave us a very clear instructions on how to self check in, especially she had arranged earlier check in for us, which is helpful for us on the first day in SYD.

Took a chance booking this place based on pictures on Expedia and user reviews, knowing nothing about the place or area first hand. The apartment I had a 1 bed with kitchen, laundry spot and small living room area. Stayed for about a week. I didn't need any amenities along the way, so I can't comment about that service if someone would need it. Overall, everything was great. Clean, comfortable, etc. I asked for some extra towels on arrival which were waiting for me. Instructions that were sent ahead of time. Instructions sent ahead of time were helpful to get into the front door upon arrival with easy communication with the person overseeing things. They were able to allow me to check in very early in the morning without additional fees which was extremely nice. The area has tons of places to eat and very walkable. I did not have a car bit was told they had arrangements if I did. Two small things. 1. There was some construction on the bottom floor that was intermittently, very loud for a few minutes during a couple of the weekdays, which was a bit annoying things in the moment, but not too much to deal with in the bigger picture of my stay. 2. There was only one mirror in the entire apartment, which was in the bathroom, and it would have been good to have another one perhaps on a big empty wall in the bedroom. Aside from this, the stay was extremely good, with absolutely no significant concerns, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. To note for the interested tr

Great place to stay. 3 good sized bedrooms with very comfortable king sized beds. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The property manager Suzanne was very helpful. Some very good restaurants and bakeries close by. Easy bus ride down to the harbour area. Highly recommend staying here.

Great host, great apartment for an extended work trip. Easy central location

The property was presented well. It was clean and tidy and had everything necessary for our stay. The only issue that we encountered was the shower mixer had come completely off, making adjusting the shower difficult. The location was great and walking distance to Central Train Station. I would recommend this accommodation to others and will use again in the future.

Our stay was super easy, everything went smoothly with reservations, check in and check out. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped and it was walking distance to public transport. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to friends.

Excellent property - very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Full kitchen with utensils and washer dryer in unit. Property provided cleaning supplies and made it like home. Spacious living area and a wonderful balcony. It has a great view of the sunset. Close to a park and multiple transportation stops.

The Botanic Apartment Hotel is very clean and well maintained. The communication with the manager was great and self-check-in went smoothly with the provided detailed instructions. Parking is available in a gated garage, which keeps your rental safe. Cleaning personnel was in four days after our arrival and cleaned the apartment, to include changing of all bedsheets. I highly recommend this property for family vacations.

Have some issues during checkin as my flight in to Sydney was in the early morning and waited till 3pm for check in as i was unable to reach anyone and expedia and the contact number provided by expedia are all unreachable. The email sent to me was.. for some reason.. Only received a couple of days after i checked in. It was my mailbox issue. Apartment has two bathrooms and one was equipped with bathtub. Overall clean but one of the bedsheets have some bad looking stains. Comfortable beds. Kirchen was well equipped and spacious. Balcony is great to let in fresh air. Overall it was a great stay. Remember to request for late check out as the standard time is 10am which is way too early.

The only item I think should be added to the apartment is a full length mirror! I was staying here by myself as a female, and I felt very safe.

We reserved a two bed apartment for one week. It was modern, spotless and really well equipped, full kitchen accessories, everything you need. We were given dishwasher tablets and washing detergent. Long balcony extenting the entire apartment. Easy check in. Good A/c. Washing machine and dryer. Wifi is fast. The building was quiet. Bus stop is close by or take a short walk to Central Station to get the light rail. Surry Hills is a lovely part of Sydney. I would recommend the property, one of the nicest I've rented.
