Aircon not operating correctly on heat. Bathroom vents are caked in dust. Laundry tap dripping all night. Forgot to tell reception. For the price it was ok. Very quiet even though on main road. Lounge was grubby . Could do with a deep clean and an update.

I loved being able to use the pool in the cooler days and the close location to the beach

The only complaint is that the WI Fi offering is very average if you want continuous WI Fi during your stay they require you to join the Accor Hotel Group as a member. I am very happy with my Expedia Membership and you should not have to join the hotel group to enjoy good Wi Fi when other accommodation places provide this free.

Absolutley loved our stay as a group of 3 families, with kids ranging from 3 to 18 years old. Perfect location right across from the beach, with plenty nearby to see and do. Facilities were great, while some of the rooms were a tad dated this was no issue at all, beds were comfy, shower and bathroom faclities were great, and all of the pools were an absolute hit with the kids. We really enjoyed our stay and the ease of location and access.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment overlooking the pool with some views of the beach too. We have two kids and between the pools and playground, we had an amazing getaway. Staff super friendly and greeting when you’d walk past in the morning. Room was clean, a little older but that was not an issue. Will be staying here again and possibly most of the time we visit the sunny coast again!

The room faced a very busy road/intersection so noise was an issue when the balcony door was open. It was not made clear that for a 4-day stay there was no housekeeping. The check-in happened and I then saw no-one and had no communication from staff. This fact was buried deep in the paperwork. I don't expect to have no housekeeping from an Accor. Pretty disappointed.

Pool and garden area were great,the staff at reception were friendly nice location but our room could use a bit of an update.

I arrived late due to a flight delay and missed the cutoff time for check-in. They were ready for me and very accommodating. The room was clean and had all the necessities for a great stay.

We had a ground floor unit with our own private access to the pool from our patio. We could walk to just about any type of food we wanted and the beach directly across the road

Love staying here with my kids. The property is in a great location with just about everything you need in walking distance like the beach, surf club, restaurants, ice cream store and convenience store. Supermarkets are just a short drive away. The in room kitchenette is basic but enough to cook easy meals( this room didn't have an oven but there are BBQ facilities on site). Staff are very friendly. The rooms are showing their age and could definitely do with an update but the real show stopper here are the pools which is why the kids keep insisting we come back! A huge (100m+) lagoon pool winding through beautifully kept tropical gardens, and at both ends of the lagoon is a waterside, large heated pool and hot spa. Everything you need for a great family holiday.

The gym was small with a few pieces of equipment. You would be struggling to fit 3 people in there. The pool was amazing for both kids and adults. The two waterslides were a bit of fun! The pool was a good temperature. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the pool toys in the storage container on the balcony. Level 2 rooms don’t have a beach view but higher levels might as the beach is right across the road, as is the Alex Surf Club.

Wir hatten einen Super Blick zum Meer, aber nicht jedes Zimmer wird einen Blick haben (baulich bedingt). Alles war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonderes Highlight der beheizte Whirlpool.

Rummet var väldigt stort och fräscht. En stor balkong med utsikt mot poolen. I rummet fanns det ett litet kök, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Vi kunde inte haft det bättre.

Lovely place. Courteous staff great location

This resort is lovely - rooms are well appointed with almost everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. The resort’s pool/lagoon is fantastic with plenty of swimming areas, two heated pools, two spas and two slides. Perfect for families. My issues were that reception was only open from 9am to 5pm so not ideal when arriving on a late flight and the security bond was $50 per night per room. I don’t understand why the bond was so high in a resort with zero food and beverage outlets and no in room mini bar. The only thing we spent money on was beach towels for the pool. Charging for beach towels in a resort that has a pool as its centerpiece is insane. At the least one beach towel per person could be provided free of charge with an extras at a cost. Regardless of the small negatives, I would stay again. Location was excellent, pool superb and the room well set up with washing machine, dryer and stocked kitchenette.

Room was very dated and needed to be upgraded

Our room could we think do with a small upgrade on little things like bedside lights and the bedroom carpet felt "sticky" with bare feet but everything else was excellent, the staff and pools...amazing
