Could not sleep until 4am due to thumping music from nightclub. Family trip became nightmare.

Really helpful when we needed to get a late check out

Affordable accommodation in a great spot with fabulous beds!

Everything is great but info about "parking available" are not free $10per hour

We were advised on checking that the hotel shared areas with a local night club and it might be noisy. However when placed on the 7th (top) floor of the hotel we could hear and feel the noise and vibrations from the nightclub until 5 am when it finally stopped I would hate to think of guests on lower floors. The front desk clerk seemed oblivious to this and lacked empathy. The shower had Luke warm water, the provided cups and utensils for the coffee making were mix matched and seemed like leftover from a op shop and the fridge was turned off or broken and the door seal was unserviceable. At best they should warn potential guests of the Saturday night issues, 🤔 maybe they don’t because no one would book to stay on those days and explains the cheap price for the booking 😠

Good room for the price and good location lots of place within walking distance or a short drive

The room that I had seven oh nine was perfect comfortable quiet and all the evenings but the Saturday which they had four warned me about because of the nightclub that resides in the building but it was not overbearing the bed was comfortable the linens were clean and soft and the TV was magnificent a big huge TV news smart Hisense TV with the great picture and I was able to use my Netflix account with it the staff at the front desk were very attentive even learn my name in the week that I was there and used it upon greeting me when I would come and go from the hotel I was very impressed with the experience

When staying Friday and Saturday night you are kept awake by a night club underneath you with extremely loud music from 9 until 4:30 AM which makes it impossible to sleep !!!

There’s a nightclub in the property which we were only told about the noise on check-in. Too much “doof doof” music for my liking which kept me awake.

Great Location, But Not for a Peaceful Stay The location is fantastic—an easy walk to Hardware Lane and Bourke Street. If you're planning to enjoy the nearby nightclubs, this hotel is ideal. However, if you're after a relaxing, quiet staycation, I’d recommend spending a bit more and booking elsewhere. While some noise is expected given the central location and proximity to nightclubs, the way it's handled is disappointing. You’re only informed after payment that nightclub noise will continue until 5am, and that earplugs are available—but only if you come down and ask for them. If noise is such a known issue, why not provide earplugs in the room or offer them at check-in? Instead, you're left having to get out of bed, ride the lift down in your pyjamas, approach an unmanned reception desk visible to nightclub queues, ring a bell, and wait for someone to hand you earplugs. Then it’s back to bed, hoping for some sleep. The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear your neighbours talking, showering, flushing the toilet, and even hallway conversations as if they’re happening inside your room. Street noise during the day is minimal, but once the nightclubs start, the bass reverberates through the floors and walls. We were on the 7th floor and still felt it—lower floors would likely be worse. Parking Tip: The hotel is not affiliated with the Citihotel Secure Parking lot located underneath.
