The Hotel is in a great location, close to Trams going in four directions. Easy walk to the Casino and restaurants. Room was great apart from the bathroom light shining through to the bedroom like a beacon when you went to the toilet. Comfortable, clean and trendy. The team were always helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Stylish and modern hotel with lovely rooms and beautiful lobby. Great spaces for working.
Comfortable beds and great big shower.
Quiet, with excellent blockout blinds.
Wait staff were quite under experienced - had to redo my coffee as it was awful.

Unfortunately the aircon in my room was noisy then i was moved to another room, the aircon wasn’t working properly, room was too hot and the TV kept turning itself off and on, overall my experience could have been better!

Ett fantastiskt fint hotell med fina rums. Bra läger för att kunna ta sig runt i staden. Det som drar ned är frukosten som ofta var rörig och kaffet under all kritik.

All reception and restaurant staff are amazing! Very friendly and professional. Thank you to all of them. The property is in a convenient location with lots of restaurants and public transport including free tram close by.
The only negative comment we have is on the property maintenance. The lobby and restaurant areas are good however rooms need more upkeep and cleaning. The aircon dripped the whole time in our room and I also spotted cockroaches in the bathroom. All 3 of us also got itchy, painful rash, don’t know what is it from.
Regardless, it was a good stay thanks to all the staff.

We were greeted by Vid (If I got the name correct) and the another gentleman at the reception who were super courteous and helpful. We requested for a city view if possible and was accepted graciously. Check-in and parking was a breeze and the room and bathroom were clean and I was pleasantly surprised to find all the amenities in our room including iron board and slippers. We had initially planned to stay for a night with family but ended up extending our stay by another day due to being close to all shopping (DFO included) and dining options close by. The tram station was just across the block which made it super easy to visit the Mall and Restaurants on Burke street. Would highly recommend this Hotel to all visitors.

The property was very well presented. Great styling, clean and well equipped rooms. Staff were fantastic and very accommodating. Had free early check in and late check out. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Smells so lovely when you walk in! Staff are friendly and room was spotless and had a great view. transport right outside to go mcg or Rod Laver. Aquarium is walking distance. 10/10!

Quite a find! There aren't many hotels in Melbourne with character, most feel like you are on a business trip. Attentive service, great breakfast, and really lovely room. We were in 315, king premiumroom which looked out into the tree canopy, you would hardly know you were in the city. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed and pillows. Would definitely stay again

A gorgeously decorated hotel in a very convenient location.
Rooms were very spacious and well appointment including robes, slippers and even bathroom scales.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty.

Staff were friendly, helpful and approachable.
Hotel breakfast was AMAZING! Would highly recommend.
Rooms themselves were new, clean, bright and well appointed. Location is walking distance to southbank where you pay double the price.
