Great location, staff were friendly and helpful. Room keys were an issue work in the lift but not on the room then the next was vice versa, had to keep going back to reception to get them redone.

Really convenient location in Melbourne. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Sometimes it could be a bit difficult to get waited on by staff and the housekeeping was inconsistent.

Good price, clean and compact. Self serve check in was a bit cold and I didn’t know where to go. In room info was sparse. Still have no ideas what time check out was but it was otherwise ok. Rated mid on service, well because the only member of staff I interacted with was the cleaner (they were very friendly).

We stayed in a triple for four nights. The room had a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Two small hooks for hanging towels were not enough for three people so we had to use the shower bar which was very close to the ceiling. The floor drain didn't work due to the floor slant not being sufficient which led to standing water in front of the sink and door areas. We did have a luggage issue and needed a screwdriver. The friendly concierge helped us get the tools we needed to fix the problem as quickly as possible. We enjoyed the location due to the plethora of restaurants in the area. It was under a 15 minute walk to the Skybus. Beds were very comfortable. Four hangers in the closet for three people was a stretch. We used the ironing board as a luggage stand for one of our suitcases since the area for suitcase convenience only held two. It was very quiet at night which made for restful sleeping.

Really enjoyed the convenient location, with easy access to plenty of restaurants/shops. The bed is very comfy.
