Ingenia Holidays Eden Beachfront

Our stay at Ingenia Holidays Eden Beachfront was easily our favourite camping accommodation on the Australian mainland. The location right by the beach was incredible, and having a BBQ directly in front of the cabin made the experience even better — we ended up grilling there every evening. One of the most memorable parts of the stay was the wildlife. We could see dolphins and lots of pelicans directly from the accommodation, which made the whole place feel very special and relaxing. The only small downside was that the bedroom became a bit cold in the early morning, but the property provided an electric blanket, which made sleeping very comfortable. Overall, an amazing beachfront stay with beautiful views, great facilities, and a perfect atmosphere for relaxing by the ocean.

On checking in, I was met with a lovely smile from the receptionist, and she was pleasant and very helpful. Our cabin was a wonderful space, beautifully clean and perfectly set up, a real home away from home. A++ for the surrounding garden areas, all maintained neatly and very clean. Perfect location

This property’s location was fabulous but there were a few things there was no chopping board but the next day I went to reception and they gave me one. I went to wash my hair the last night but there was no hairdryer and past time of reception hours. I wish they had a checklist they could go through to make sure everything was there. You could not beat that fabulous view though. The bed was extremely comfortable too. The staff were friendly and helpful

Great Holiday Park! Location is 10/10, right at the beach and a short 3-min drive from Eden. The normal standard cabins are a bit dated, but comfortable. Staff was super friendly. Would stay there again for sure.

The buget cottage was just perfect. The location just a step aeay from a beautiful calm beach. The serenity was peaceful and calming. Just loved my stay, the only issue was my stay wasnt long enough.

Der Boden der Ferienhütte ist nicht horizontal sondern in beide Richtungen geneigt, der Aufenthalt war unangenehm.

Rooms were clean, we booked four, few were renovated and few were not. Noy many ammentiies. It was a good stay

We stayed in a refurbished creek‑facing cabin and were really impressed. The cabin was spotless and fitted with quality Sunbeam and Milano appliances. Mobile and Wi‑Fi reception was limited, but honestly, it added to the relaxing atmosphere. The location was fantastic - the inlet beach was only about 50 metres from our door, with the creek right in front of us. The park itself is well maintained and the facilities were in great condition. A special mention to Ashley, who went out of her way to help. Would come back!

Beautiful setting & great weather

Everything was good except we couldn’t access the wi-fi and we had no tv signal at all….. for the whole five days. We raised this on the second or third day and were told late on the fourth day that people in the cabin next door had turned the booster off or unplugged it and the maintenance man couldn’t access their cabin while they were gone…..well maybe you should have a booster in every cabin. We still loved our stay.

Park and cabin clean and tidy. Staff super friendly. Only issue was fridge in room barely working which the staff offered to have someone come look at for us.

Very friendly staff, kitchen & dining area are cleaned, safe parking beside villa, just 15 min away to shopping area. If you like waves coming to the shore, this is the idea area. Thank you.

Overall we had a good time ,good customer service, fridge wasn’t working,staff changed for us , if has cleaning staff including mup will be advandaged

We are staying here for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. There is no hot water at all we had to give our young kids cold showers after long beach days. This was really uncomfortable for them and not what you expect on a family holiday. We tried calling the customer support number multiple times, but we were on hold forever and couldn’t reach anyone to fix the issue. The lack of response made the situation even more frustrating. For the price we paid, we expected basic essentials like hot water and accessible support. This really impacted our stay, and I hope management addresses these issues for future guests. The locker was hidden under a cardboard and was hard to find. Wish there were better instructions on how to find the locker. The house is just few minutes away from Callala beach which is nice.

Clean and comfortable rooms, easy check-in, and helpful staff. Convenient location with parking available. Rooms are well maintained and suitable for a long stay as well as short stays. Would stay again.

Very clean and all facilities. Only issue was the lack of a headboard on bed

The cabins are very dated. The bunk room was so small that my son couldn't fit in it. I had to swap and I barely fit in it. The staff were very helpful and the cabins are clean.
