Your front of house staff where very well received, the bed was very comfortable 👌 And we did enjoy the spa bath

A really nice mid range place

I've got tick bites during the night. Shower is very weak pressure and water takes time to get hot so I gave up on washing my hair that night.

Great place to stay. Convenient and comfortable.

The first room we were given was filthy. There was mould in the fridge, dust everywhere, dead flies on the ground, rubbish and laundry outside our door and in the corridor, our outlook from the balcony was overlooking derelict housing with fridges on verandah. Thankfully we were shown another room, which was better. Maintenance on the pool so some of it had tape around it. The food at the pool bar was terrible. $18 for nuggets and chips!! I chose this property for a surprise for my boyfriend for his Birthday; I have never been more embarrassed in my life. So disappointing. Do not stay here!

Arrived to a beautiful entrance but that was about it. halls smell of damp, room had no hot water services, paid for an upgrade to a room with hot water and was told it would have a king bed like the original room, arrived at the new room and was only a queen after a long day of travel and late room change was to much of an inconvenience to change again. Went to the adult pool which was dirty and full of leaves. Average stay a bit disappointed overall

$9 for a poorly made coffee.

Great customer service

Nice resort! Clean room, friendly staff, wonderful pools! Decent continental breakfast, and we loved the pancake machine! The only one thing. We booked 1 bedroom apartment and we thought it wil be a separate bedroom, but unfortunately it was a studio, with a wall pretending to separate it in the middle of the room. Apart from that, everything was very enjoyable.

Property was in general okay, no daily room service, towel change, rubbihsh removal or anything. We ran out of soap and had a large amount of rubbish from food collecting up. The worst thing about this property is their faulty fire alarms! They went off almost nightly right in the middle of the night when we are sleeping, causing us to wake and get interrupted sleep, so rather than a nice relaxing holiday, you end up tired as hell all the time :( They really need to fix this quickly. There was a crumpled note on the bench that mentioned the fire services had been there in the previous few days to service the fire systems, but clearly there is a bigger problem. Pool is great and the bar staff were great. Please work out the jets in the spa, theyll give you a colonic because there are only 4 jets and theyre so strong! Makes it a bit unpleasant. Otherwise decent overall experience.

My room was comfortable and clean

The staff , facilities, breakfast , pool are all exceptional And the staff go above and beyond to accommodate one’s needs 🙏

Port Douglas itself is nice. We visited the markets and had a nice meal at the tin shed. We were disappointed to find the pool bar closed despite being Australia Day long weekend and no restaurant at the property. The common areas were dirty and sections in and around the pool were under repair. Only redeeming feature was proximity to the beach.

Overall very nice accommodation with great facilities and service.

I didn't like getting a mould infested room . Unclean and standard appointments not there .Very disappointed

Really average. Motel room poor. Will go elsewhere next time. Not recommended for value for money.

Everything was lovely!

Place has a beautiful pool and fish pond right near the lobby. the landscaping is immaculate and rooms were extremely well air conditioned with easily adjustable temperatures. Very clean and nice overall place

This is a lovely resort that has a larger pool for all ages to enjoy. We had a ground floor room which went straight out to the pool. Shaded patio to sit outside which is handy when you don't want to be inside as the rooms are on the smaller side. Great location to town and the beach. It just needs an upgrade and the breakfast was extremelly poor.

Das Frühstück war gut. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und sehr schmutzig. Reinigung nur alle 7 Tage. Müll selbst entsorgen. Sehr weitläufig..10 Minuten bis zur Rezeption. Würden wir auf keinen Fall empfehlen.
