Mercure Port of Echuca

The photos shown on Expedia were deceptive, it gives the impressions superior rooms are fully plaster board where standard rooms have interior brick walls. But that is not the case, both have interior brick.

Great location a little worn done needs a renovation but in a great spot

We arrived early and the lady on reception was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. Very efficient and a great communicator. Room was huge and the hotel walking distance to everything. Only negative was that the bar and restaurant are closed and have been for a number of years, which is not how the hotel website describes itself. However, there are plenty of places to choose from to eat and drink and there is an arrangement with one facility to deliver to your room. Would definitely stay here again.

Very close to shops restaurants very walkable to river

Complex was layed out well ,room was clean only 1 issue air conditioner was old and vents were broken.

Spider web in the roof corner. 3 t-bags for a 4 person stay. 1 coffee cup had someone elses coffee stain in the bottom. Asked for 3 plates and cutlery, 1 of the plates had cereal stuck near the rim edge. I was told the dishwasher doesnt was them well!

I was happy with my accommodation and pool/spa facilities. The only negative experience I had was at check-in. Time is advertised as 2pm. But I was unable to check-in until 3pm as the room was not ready, so had to wait around.

Spacious room but a little tired - especially the bathroom. Reception closes quite early, and don’t waste your money on the breakfast, go to Maccas next door instead.
