Shops were within walking distance, plus this place is not in the midst of the traffic of Sirfer’s Paradise!

was not great as we had scaffolding built in our courtyard with a 2 year old child, after contacting manager there was nothing they could do apparently, they couldn't move us until a few days later,(health and safety) in mean time there were ants everywhere, 7am they are watering blasting and started painting outside our apartment said they could move us to to new room 3 nights later, got moved to a beautiful apartment but then the washing machine wouldn't spin and went to town it was lie yes we paid f all buy didn't care and didn't us know of the Reno

Good property close to everything you would need. 15min walk to surfers Paradise.

bit disappointing this time no pool or spa for most of stay

Great unit very quite at night walking distance to surfers paradise ,walking distance to cafes and restaurants,very clean room very comfortable bed had great nights sleep , very friendly staff had a carpark for unit undercover,the pool and spa area are under renovations so not in use at this time

It is in a good location, a quiet island in a busy area. We spent a month in unit 11 on the ground floor. This is a very tired unit with a bathroom that stinks. The management are greedy and unhelpful, they squeeze every coin until it squeaks. We will not stay here again. The unit was cleaned and linen replaced twice in that time. It was supposed to be done weekly. We asked twice if the missing light bulbs in the seating area could be replaced; but we were ignored. It required tools or I would have done the job myself. We were loudly notified every time water was used in any form above us, morning noon and small hours of the night. We were also loudly notified when, as commonly happens, people left or arrived in the small hours. The patio furniture was unusable because the fabric was sun damaged, I was concerned that if we tried to use it the management would make us pay, like they do for anything else.

The main complaint was there was two sets of stairs to our unit.

Proper little home from home. Everything you need to hand. Great pool and jacuzzi. Friendly reception staff. Secure parking, allocated space. Highly recommended, would stay here again.

The apartment had blood on cabinets, hair in the bathroom, and mold in it. The aircon machine had a plastic bag in the hole connected it to the outside, and didn't work. the bed had a big orange stain on the sheets. it stunk like very strong bleach. Overall needs some major work doing. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere nicer its not worth the hassle. We did get our money back thankfully.

Apartmento e área comum super limpo, organizado com tudo o que precisamos. Sem burocracia e ótimo custo benefício. A localização tbm é perfeita, bairro super tranquilo. Adoramos! obs: só o ar condicionado que pinga bastante.

The unit is a bit tired, the couch bed uncomfortable, wish the pool in summer was open till 10pm. my dryer wasnt working they got it repaired very quickly. mostly quiet apart from 1 night had skinny dippers in pool around 1pm. mostly clean

Property had everything we needed. Spacious unit. Comfortable bed. Only negative was the bathroom had no ventilation and smelt quite badly. We had to keep the door shut.

The property was a little tired looking but was clean and comfortable.

The most disgusting putrid filth ever. Blood on walls, mould in shower, appliances were putrid (even when swapped over), the stench of odours from other units even made paramedics sick. Aircon rusted to pieces. Apparently paradise isles are not responsible, you need to take up with owners. Locals know about filth, all the airport personnel know it’s bad reputation. I will post on Google and YouTube the filth. Wear thongs in shower and on carpet.

Friendly staff, good location. Multiple food options, liquor store and convenience stores for basic essentials just sound the corner. Nice area, a nice walk to surfers paradise.
