Pullman Melbourne Albert Park

I would like to bring to attention for future guests to be aware that this hotel has serious issue with their housekeeping staff. I have reported my missing possession to front desk after daily cleaning room service but not solution has been established so far and communication has been cut off with Mr Hank Lin. I simply left my stuff on the bed and it went missing after cleaning the room.

Isolated from the city.

Staff were extremely helpful always cheerful . Rooms were very nice, comfortable beds. Lots of options at the breakfast buffet

It needs a renovation as the rooms were old

Nice staff and room, food choice in bar doesn't replicate your app. TV channels not great.

The self parking is very convince. Staffs are friendly. However, the toilet door frame full of dust, chips are underneath the chair, the shower is half shielded, splash everywhere.

My husband stayed there and loved it. Breakfast buffet was cheap and good. He was offered an office space as well.

Room was filthy and cleaners didnt clean the room for 4 days. I had to go to concierge to get more toilet paper and bin liners...

The Pullman is a lovely hotel with polite and helpful staff. I hope to stay again whenever I next visit Melbourne.

The toilet looked very old fashioned. No proper exhaust system, which made the use of the toilet very unpleasant. Room temperature control took about 2 hours to kick in.

Staff were rude, very uhle

The onsite locksmith was very friendly who helped to fix the door lock immediately much appreciated

I was a good hotel. Considering the price and with breakfast already, with all their amenities indoor pool and gym, parking lot is really big which is good. Location is at the city where most tourist spots are near. All staff in reception and restaurant are very accommodating. Rooms are ok big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Will definitely book here again.

Good location - opposite Albert Park, 3 minute walk to St Kilda Rd and a tram to the city. Comfortable and nice size rooms, friendly and helpful team on the front desk.

It was comfortable and clean. It is aging and the rooms need a little revamp but other than that is was nice.

My wife had eye surgery and we chose to stay at the pullman as it was in good location and were assured when we booked (via telephone) that the room would be ready by 2pm as stated (on the booking I said we would arrive at 2:30pm). Upon arrival our room wasn't ready and we had to wait in the foyer (my wife in considerable pain after just having eye surgery) until 5pm. We were told that we would receive a call when the room was ready, we didn't receive this so I had to ask again if our room was ready which it was. We were offered a discounted breakfast (only paying $25 for a buffet breakfast which wouldn't be worth $25 per person let along the full rate). Disappointing considering we needed a room and that we had spoken previously about needing to be in a room as soon as we arrived and this didn't occur. Understand people and hotels get busy, but put us in a free upgraded room instead of making people wait and turn a negative experience into a positive experience.
