欲を言えば、水切りカゴが欲しいのと
ウォシュレットがあれば最高ですが、スタッフも親切で素晴らしいアパートでした。チェックアウト時間が11時だとランチタイムまでいられるなーと思いました。

This apartment was a very pleasant surprise.
I’d read a review complaining about the size and the photos really did make it seem small, so that’s what I expected. When we opened the door we were delighted with what we saw. It was the perfect size for two people.
The apartment was modern and clean. It had everything we needed and had loads of storage space, especially in the bathroom.
The furnishings were in excellent condition and all the appliances worked well.
The location was great. It’s right in the middle of the city. Rundle Mall and the art gallery were just minutes away.
The street in which it’s situated is more of a laneway. Even though it’s right in the city, it’s quiet but felt safe.
I thought it excellent value and I’d happily stay here again.

Views were spectacular, staff were friendly and helpful. Only thing missing was information on things to do and see around Adelaide. Rooms were mostly clean, although drains in the bathrooms didn’t drain well. Great facilities though.

- Tuyệt đối cấm tổ chức tiệc và sự kiện nhóm trong khuôn viên
- Chủ nhà chưa cho biết có máy phát hiện khí carbon monoxide tại nơi lưu trú hay không; hãy cân nhắc mang theo máy phát hiện khí carbon monoxide cầm tay
- Chủ nhà cho biết có máy báo khói tại nơi lưu trú
- Nơi lưu trú này có không gian ngoài trời, chẳng hạn như ban công, sân hiên, sân thượng có thể không phù hợp với trẻ em. Nếu có thắc mắc, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú trước khi đến để xác nhận họ có thể sắp xếp cho bạn một phòng phù hợp.

Terrible drainage in the shower - water leaked out into the bathroom. Room wasn't very clean. Not a great check in experience - speaking to someone who can't really speak English doesnt help.

Good location but average facilities. No parking available and as primarily a residential block there was no housekeeping for our 3 night stay. The apartment was light, spacious and layout was good but pillows and bed average. Would be good for a work trip but no luxuries/extras included if your on holiday looking for something special.

This was my first time to Adelaide. The apartment was amazing and a great price for how beautifully structured it was. The staff are amazing and helpful.

Was a very convenient location near Rundle Mall and staff very accommodating. Room was tidy but not outstandingly clean, but more due to wear and tear than dirtiness. If you get the right floor with quiet and obliging neighbors it is a great place.

Finding the hotel was a little odd as the main door says “residents only”, so not being a resident but a hotel guest is confusing. We spent another 10 minutes finding another way to get in etc so this could have been avoided with better signage.
It would have been nice to have complimentary bottles of water in the fridge and a small carton of milk as well considering this was not what I would call cheap accommodation.
Other than that the apartment was nice and modern and had a huge balcony, although balcony furniture such as chairs and a table would have been appreciated so we could sit outside.
Also the $200 bond felt a little on their nose as well and rather an imprint on the card would be better.

Clean room however security gave someone that wasn’t a guest staying access to my room whilst I was not presence. I wasn’t even notified of this or asked for my permission for this to happen. Not happy.

Location was great but a little seedy at night because there’s not much lighting on the street. Quick stroll to Rundle Mall and the tram stop is nearby. Clean but kitchen sink had taps that were difficult to use. An older person would have difficulty if they had arthritis. A kitchen mixer tap would have been better. Dishwasher was easy to use. Fridge had a cupboard door which had to be opened first to then open fridge door. Very problematic when you just want to quickly access the fridge. It would be better to have no door so fridge can be directly used - not functional. Washing machine took a very long time to wash clothes. Each load was 2 hours on the quickest cycle. Dryer was good and easy to use. Shower toilet roll holder was in an awkward position because bathrooms were small. Car park spaces were allocated so you don’t have to find one that was available. Spaces are narrow because most people drive SUVs nowadays.

Positives: location, quietness, floorplan, pleasant light-coloured interior, mountain and city views from the rooms.
Negatives: Communications with Reservations and Reception. Lack of sensibility from the Reservations and unprofessionalism from the Reception.
On arrival just before 8 pm, I had to call the Reservations (offshore) from where a man lied that my booking had been canceled. Out of the blue, a hotel staff appeared and handed in the keys after receiving the payment.
Next morning, the receptionist debited my bank card I used last night again without letting me know. Instead of fixing the mistake, they compelled me to contact my bank, wasting my day. I'm yet to receive the money back.
I'd provide a 5 star review if the Reservation staff were not disturbing and the staff at the hotel were professional enough.

The room was dreadful. When we first arrived the room smelt of blocked drains. We fixed that then all we could smell was cigarette smoke. Didn’t matter what we tried the stink was coming from the air conditioner, of which there was only one for a 2 bed apartment. So we, friends, had to sleep with doors open. Not great for friends sharing an apartment.
The location is ok.
