Cleanliness, quiet, polite staff

I liked security cameras at rear of car park. Easy access, comfortable room, fridge and coffee facilities, bistro options, room quiet. Highly recommended for an overniter. It was a Saturday night and was reasonably quiet on my return at 9.30pm.

Easy access around the locality and hotel. Comfortable room and hot shower even with shared facilities. Did not see many other guests during my stay.

The website photos were very gave the impression of the room having it's own bathroom, which it didn't. As 2 women on our own in a strange place, we didn't feel at all safe going for a shower or toilet, as anyone had entry while we were in there. My daughter bathed in her underwear (so she was semi-clothed should she need to escape quickly) Also no indication that it wasn't air conditioned.. would have happily paid an extra $50 to feel safe and comfortable.

the room was 1000 degrees I do not recommend staying here if its hot weather and its very noisy at night

Clean linen, towels, awesome Ceasar salad meal which was the absolute best thing about this hotel.

Friendly staff, tidy room.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating

The room was not ready So they offered anything i wanted on the menue that night as compensation

In this climate change era, it is essential that rooms have air conditioning and heating. The rooms in this property only had a ceiling fan

Quiet

It's hard when the bathroom is outside and communal I booked this by mistake thinking the bathroom was in the room. Big double flight of stairs to room - Clean and tidy - bed was good.

The rooms were very hot with no Air conditioning. Just a ceiling fan pushing hot air around. No water in the rooms just a fridge and a kettle that can’t be used unless you walk down the hallway to fill up in the communal bathroom which are very dated and don’t look like they are cleaned very much but definitely not well.

Sleep disturbed, due to another drunken guest. Also needed to go to the shared bathroom, to fill the kettle with water for a coffee. Apart from that all up , it’s an eight out of 10

Basic and fit for purpose. Comfortable bed.

We wanted no frills. Thats what we got. One thrill was the late night hoon machine in the carpark with the screaming patron. A Wollongong night sonata. ..
