Veramente magnifico il nostro soggiorno! Struttura fantastica e vicinissima ai mercatini, ben collegata con i mezzi! Consiglio

Son sótanos reconvertidos en apartamentos con todo lo que conlleva: nada de ventilación, ventanas nada apropiadas y muchas arañas al lado de la cama. Además entra mucha luz y las almohadas y las mantas son como papel. Avisamos de todo esto e intentaron ayudar, pero desde luego, no recomiendo este lugar.

The property was clean but had a funny odor. Most like from being shut up for a while. Everything was clean, modern bathroom & plenty of space.

The accommodation is in a very nice area, easy to reach with tram and metro. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. On the downside the windows are straight to the street and it's on a ground level so you'll probably keep the curtains closed in order to have some privacy. The street is busy so you will have a lot of people passing by right in front of your room. You can also hear the cars passing by, but that personally didn't bother us.

L'appartement est fonctionnel, spacieux, en très bon état mais sans âme. Le ménage n'était pas au top : désolée, mais il restait des cheveux et la poubelle des personnes précédentes... Mais ceci peut arriver... En revanche, nous étions au RDC et il faut savoir que la rue est très passante et donc bruyante : aucune insonorisation ! Il est plutôt bien situé (20 min à pied des premiers monuments).

Für eine kurzfristig geplante Übernachtung in der City, könnte die Unterkunft nicht besser sein.Ich werde gerne für einen längeren Zeitraum wiederkommen.

Había varias cosas, que no estaban listas como la caja fuerte no funcionaba , vinieron a cambiar la batería pero al final no cerraba, en la ducha tuve que decir que se inundaba y el calefactor también no andaba, anduvo por algunos días y en la última noche se ve que no funciono o dejo de funcionar, entonces la ropa que lave no estaba seca y lo que si sugeriría es que aunque no sea la mejor habitación una pequeña mesita como para tomar un café o comer no estaría mal, lo que si estaba limpio y muy bien la ubicación, , o sea de valoración le doy normal a regular ya que este tipo de cosas tienen que verificarlas antes de que lleguen los huéspedes, pero agradezco con todo lo que me queje vinieron y me devolvieron los mensajes pero bueno algunas cosas no funcionaron , gracias

the staff was satisfactory from every point of view. reactive, quick to respond and Sonia was very helpful both before check-in and after check-out, friendly and kind, I will definitely book with them again if I return to Vienna.

Superbe appartement qui est très bien placer. Il y a un arrêt juste devant et un autre la rue en face. L’appartement est moderne et très bien agencé. Nous avons adoré y séjourner !

Room is small, to be expected, but it has a shower in the room, so anyone in the room has to watch whoever is showering through the very see-through glass door. A bit awkward if you’re with friends or family members that are not your lover. Also the key didn’t work well. My daughter spent 40 mins trying to get into the room and I had to leave my dinner to go back and help her

Industriële studio in erbarmelijke staat. Niet eenmaal komen kuisen of de badlakens vervangen. Een ware schande!

Die Unterkunft war etwas stickig, bei der Sauberkeit ist noch Luft nach oben.

Room was clean, distance from the nearest metro station was about 10- 14 min walking distance, many restaurants around. Room key was not recived on time due to miscommunication between workers at the appartment, otherwise it was a great stay.

El servicio malo ya que al momento de llegar no teníamos instrucciones de entrada ni nada ni cómo contactarnos, durante la estadía de intento contactarse con el lugar y nunca se obtuvo respuesta

Location! Location! Location! Very affordable for the area but don’t expect luxury amenities like you would at fancy hotels, easy self check-in and check-out, place is clean and in a safe area. I would stay here again next time I’m in Vienna for sure.

Very quiet and comfortable, and well equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle and aircon! Do bring some washing up liquid with you if you plan to have breakfast/lunch at the apartment though (or just go out to one of many lovely Viennese places).

Habitación cómoda y en buena zona, con trasporte público cerca y restaurantes y bares. Limpio, lo único es que no hay muy buena comunicación con los propietarios, llegamos temprano a Vienna y escribimos a la estructura para ver si podíamos dejar las maletas mientras llegaba la hora del check in, nunca recibimos ninguna respuesta y no se ve a nadie del servicio en la estructura nunca. El wifi no es el mejor, pero todo en términos generales estuvo bastante bien y cómodo.
