Hôtel exceptionnel par son niveau de confort, sa propreté, son accueil très chaleureux et très efficace. Tout le personnel est attentionné. Des activités proposées chaque jour gratuitement. Nous recommandons en particulier le petit déjeuner du mardi matin en altitude : fabuleux !! Quant à la qualité du restaurant, c’est juste exceptionnel et incroyable, notamment par rapport à la nourriture habituelle en Autriche. Un hôtel vraiment exceptionnel où nous reviendrons probablement !!

Mycket trevlig personal med service utöver det vanliga. Mycket fräscht hotell som kändes nyrenoverat men med den mysiga ”stugkänslan” kvar. Mycket vackert läge på hotellet med berget som utsikt. Det enda jag har att klaga på är att båda poolerna var väldigt dåligt uppvärmda. Lite för kallt för att bada i.

This is an amazing spa/hotel, and the guest service and food are second to none. From the time you walk into the hotel to the time you leave - your experience as a guest is exceptional. We stayed 4 nights and will definitely back next year for another spa experience. The food prepared by the owner/chef Christian was a strong 5-Stars. Service as well, from the reception (Andrea) to our waiter (Milan) - nothing but top-notch service! We strongly recommend anyone looking for a family managed spa/hotel that puts the clients first and provides service from the heart - give it a try - you won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Gridlon. The staff were very accommodating and the food (especially the dinner) was fantastic. Only negative was the number of young children in the swimming pools which made the spa slightly less relaxing but was not a big issue. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Transfer to slopes was quick and efficient. Afternoon tea when we got back was a great addition and the bar area is very cosy with nice views of the mountains.

Vi valgte med få dages varsel at tage en hviledag i Østrig på vej hjem fra Italien. Vi havde booket en familiesuite, og det viste sig at være to værelser med fælles indgang, men ellers opdelt i et forældreværelse med dobbeltseng og et børneværelse med køjeseng. Begge værelser var meget fine, valget af madras i køjesengen gjorde dog at især den nederste seng var meget lav. Lækker balkon og gode badeværelser. Det største plus var dog haven, hvor der var mulighed for diverse have- og boldspil. Ketchere, bolde, diverse spil osv stod til fri afbenyttelse i et fint lille haveskur. Restauranten var glimrende, dog var der forskel på serviceniveauet på dem der talte tysk, og så os der måtte supplere med engelsk undervejs. Tjenerne var simpelthen mere informative og opmærksomme overfor de tysktalende gæster. Værelset, haven og poolen kunne sagtens få os til at overveje Gridlon igen, men så vil vi være mere insisterende på betjening i restauranten, så vi også får tilbudt, kaffe, vinkort og information om maden.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, gut gelegen. Die Zimmerkategorie, welche wir gewählt hatten (Junior Suite) hat eine gute Grösse, mit einem schönen Balkon hin zum Pool und auch Sicht auf die Berge. Wir hatten dieses Hotel gewählt aufgrund des grossen Wellness Bereiches (Aussenpool mit grossem Garten, Innenpool, Sauna) und hatten auf ein Wellnesswochenede gefreut mit Entspannung und Genuss. Leider hatte es zu jeder Zeit sehr viele Kinder, die ziemlich laut und aktiv waren (Frühstückstisch mit herumtobenden Kindern auf jeder Seite, Poolbereich dasselbe, sogar im Wellnessbereich). Diese Umstände haben das an sich gute Hotelerlebnis dann doch getrübt. Wir hatten uns beim Checkout erkundigt, ob dies Standard sei in diesem Hotel und es scheint so oft der Fall zu sein. Das Hotel könnte sich eher als Kinderhotel anbieten anstatt als Wellness, damit man weiss was einen erwartet.

Vi valgte med få dages varsel at tage en hviledag i Østrig på vej hjem fra Italien. Vi havde booket en familiesuite, og det viste sig at være to værelser med fælles indgang, men ellers opdelt i et forældreværelse med dobbeltseng og et børneværelse med køjeseng. Begge værelser var meget fine, valget af madras i køjesengen gjorde dog at især den nederste seng var meget lav. Lækker balkon og gode badeværelser. Det største plus var dog haven, hvor der var mulighed for diverse have- og boldspil. Ketchere, bolde, diverse spil osv stod til fri afbenyttelse i et fint lille haveskur. Restauranten var glimrende, dog var der forskel på serviceniveauet på dem der talte tysk, og så os der måtte supplere med engelsk undervejs. Tjenerne var simpelthen mere informative og opmærksomme overfor de tysktalende gæster. Værelset, haven og poolen kunne sagtens få os til at overveje Gridlon igen, men så vil vi være mere insisterende på betjening i restauranten, så vi også får tilbudt, kaffe, vinkort og information om maden.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, gut gelegen. Die Zimmerkategorie, welche wir gewählt hatten (Junior Suite) hat eine gute Grösse, mit einem schönen Balkon hin zum Pool und auch Sicht auf die Berge. Wir hatten dieses Hotel gewählt aufgrund des grossen Wellness Bereiches (Aussenpool mit grossem Garten, Innenpool, Sauna) und hatten auf ein Wellnesswochenede gefreut mit Entspannung und Genuss. Leider hatte es zu jeder Zeit sehr viele Kinder, die ziemlich laut und aktiv waren (Frühstückstisch mit herumtobenden Kindern auf jeder Seite, Poolbereich dasselbe, sogar im Wellnessbereich). Diese Umstände haben das an sich gute Hotelerlebnis dann doch getrübt. Wir hatten uns beim Checkout erkundigt, ob dies Standard sei in diesem Hotel und es scheint so oft der Fall zu sein. Das Hotel könnte sich eher als Kinderhotel anbieten anstatt als Wellness, damit man weiss was einen erwartet.
