Hotel Rathaus Wein & Design

Un hotelito muy lindo, limpio , te ponen bata de baño y pantuflas. Un detalle muy práctico es que debajo de la mesita latera de la mesa , hay una lucecita que se activa por movimiento, evita que te pegues en los deditos!!! Eso es doloroso . Y me encanta que el desayuno está incluido , te levantas y el café está listo , no tienes que salir a buscar donde desayunar

Muy amplias las habitaciones, cómoda y con muchos detalles. El personal muy amable, muy bueno el desayuno

Aufenthalt war für unsere Gruppe - wir hatte insgesamt 3 DZ - gut. Nettes Hotel, gut erreichbar, Gutes Service und Frühstück. Anmerkung negativ - bei meinem Zimmer wurde anstatt ein DZ ein EZ hergerichtet d.h hatte keine Bettwäsche etc.

Amazing and Friendly Service from everyone. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage at the reception while we walk around the city. Would certainly come back!

My family and I had a great stay at the Hotel Rathaus. Clean, quiet, and located within walking distance of some amazing sightseeing. I had a 2nd floor room which was modern, spacious, and clean. My sister and mother stayed in rooms on the third floor which were also very nice though not as new as my room. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was a perfect start to each day. Thanks again to the staff - I hope to be back again soon!

Booked this hotel for a long weekend with my partner, having never been to Vienna before. The hotel is well located, about 15 mins walk to the centre of everything (with a lovely park en route) , and even closer to the parliament buildings and the museums. We much preferred this than if we had stayed super central. It’s off the main road, so relatively quiet as well. The room was clean and spacious, with big bathroom and a waterfall shower. The staff were absolutely delightful- incredibly friendly and helpful! They gave some great food recommendations and even called a couple of restaurants for us to get us reservations. Jorges wine bar is really lovely to have a quiet couple of drinks in the evening, and Jorge was an absolute star and very knowledgable. He gave us local wine recommendations and truly knows his stuff and is passionate about wine. We spent the half the trip talking about how lovely all the hotel staff were! Would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Vienna.

Perfektes Hotel im Zentrum von Wien, sehr schöne Zimmer, tolles Konzept, wunderbares Frühstück

A estadia se torna até satisfatória em função do cansaço que é sentido pelo fato de andar muito para conhecer os pontos turísticos. Mas, em se tratando de ter reservado um hotel 4 estrela a nota é ZERO, isso porque de o hotel não atende esse quesito. É muito velho e desconfortável. Pra começar na chegada, se tem que subir do terreo para o primeiro andar que é a recepção, um lance de escada bem longo. Chegar cansada da longa viagem e subir com malas pesadas, não é uma experiência nada agradável já na chegada. A vista de um "quatro estrela" nada interessante. Se alguém acha que essa acomodação é quatro estrela, não conhece um quatro estrela no Brasil. O café da manhã de um quatro estrela, deixa muito a desejar, parece de um hotel bem nornalzinho pra bem ruim. O atendimento foi ótimo, o que não é um nenhum diferencial, pelo contrário, é uma OBRIGAÇÃO, pois estou comprando um serviço e pagando por ele.

In jedem Fall empfehlenswert! Vom Konzept und Stil ein nett gemachtes Innenstadt-Altbau-Hotel. Wir hatten ein geräumiges und angenehm ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof. Die Betten sind einwandfrei, Stauraum ist großzügig. Bemerkenswert ist die große Auswahl beim Frühstück – sowohl bei Wurst, Fisch, Käse und Süßem und die liebevolle Darbietung. Das Service-Personal war immer nett und hilfsbereit. Gut ist außerdem die Innenstadtnahe Lage. Alle Kernsehenswürdigkeiten können erlaufen werden, abgesehen dass Straßenbahn und U-Bahn auch in direkter Nähe sind. Wenn man an dem Hotel etwas zum kritisieren suchen möchte, dann evtl. die Entfernung zu einem Tiefgaragenstellplatz (10 Gehminuten) oder so Kleinigkeiten wie nicht komplett schließende Duschtüre. Wie gesagt, aus unser Sicht ist das Hotel absolut empfehlenswert und wir würde jederzeit dort wieder reservieren.

The hotel is conveniently located, the staff were very helpful. One of our rooms was very nice, the other less so, but neither offered privacy when showering (completely open area). Also, the hotel failed to notify us that luggage could not be held beyond 3 pm as they were closing for one week. So we wasted the morning trying to store our luggage as there were no available lockers at the train station.

Very spacious room with slightly too fuzz-free decor, but overall provided a pleasant stay.

Best check in experience I’ve ever had, with the most welcoming and smiling personnel. Room was spotless, they upgraded our room and the breakfast is simply amazing. Location was even better than we thought, close to all the beautiful sites. Absolutely recommend and now our “go to” when back in Vienna.

Did everything we hoped. Room was lovely. Staff were friendly & approachable. Breakfast had a great variety but no toaster! We had a wonderful stay.

Lovely small hotel, our only wish is that tea/coffee making facilities should be available in each room, not being able to get up and have a tea/coffee before breakfast is a disappointment.

The front desk staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Thank you, Jenny. The property was modern and quiet. Private patio area. Rooms were large and interesting ;) clean and comfortable. Good location. Elevator. Highly recommend.

Wir wurden an der Rezeption äußerst freundlich Willkommen geheißen und es wurde uns gleich ein Getränk (Wasser mit frischem Zitronensaft) gegen den Durst angeboten! Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, das Parlament, Hofburg, Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Hôtel très bien situé, distance de marche du Rathaus et Parlement et des transports publics (tram et métro). Grande chambre, service très cordial, petit déj copieux et complet.

Hotel Rathaus Wein and Design is slightly off the beaten path.. but only slightly.. we love to walk cities and the hotel is in easy walking distance to all the big sights. The hotel itself is lovely. Each room is named for a different winery/wine maker and they have a wine bar on the main floor where you can taste wine from each of their sponsored wineries. The rooms are large, lots of space and the beds are very comfortable. Big windows keep the rooms bright and cheerful. We didn't have breakfast there though we did buy coffee on our last morning there. We found a great spot for breakfast a few blocks from there, called Melange. Great place and full of locals. We found two nearby restaurants for dinner, one was a Croatian restaurant and the other was Vietnamese. Both very good. Highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time for dinner at the Brasserie Palmenhaus Wien which is around 15-20 minute walk and spectacular. Great food, astonishingly beautiful space. The staff at the hotel were excellent, friendly, helpful in every way. Definitely a great place to stay!
