The room is surprisingly spacious, fully equipped with everything one may need, including a cutlery set, coffee machine, kettle, and a small fridge. Check-in process is done by a code, so it may need to be explained for technologically challenged people

Checking in online was made diffcult by a glitchy system. After many tries and contacts with the manager, I figured it out myself. The building is safe, quiet, and clean. Great location for walking everywhere. We appreciated the free laundry machines. But the cleaning crew was a nightmare. They entered our studio when the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door, yelled up and down the hallways for hours, had a loud, angry argument right outside my door, and one man yelled at me to get out of his way when I tried to pass him. I wold have given 5 stars except for this unprofessional cleaning crew.

Excellent apartment. We stayed for 9 days and the manager was incredibly helpful. The room was clean and warm, great location, no complaints at all.

Zimmer war makellos und sehr schön

Einrichtung Zimmer, unkompliziertes Check-in grosser Mangel, dass es keine Mikrowelle und keine Kochplatte mehr gibt. Deshalb würde ich die Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen

Great location a

Zimmergrösse und Bad haben uns positiv überrascht. Haben mit etwas kleinerem gerechnet. Sehr gemütlich und funktional ausgestattet. Kaffee / Zucker / Wasser waren schon da 👍. Lage super. Zu Fuß 15 min zum Bahnhof und 2 Minuten in die Fußgängerzone / Max. 10 min in die Altstadt. Auch die Codetzsendung und Kommunikation Haben hervorragend funktioniert. Gerne wieder!

Wow - we would stay here again if we ever get back to Salzburg. The unit is small but for 2 of us we were very comfortable. It is well appointed with little things included in the kitchen to make our stay very comfortable. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. Importantly, everything was extremely clean. A big bonus is the ability to use a washer and dryer for free and at the time they even had washing tablets on hand to use. We acknowledge Eleonora who was very welcoming and approachable and assisted us settle in and responded kindly and quickly to a couple of our requests during our stay. These units do not have a reception area (they email you a code to enter your room) so it was by chance that we encountered Eleanora working in the rooms when we arrived. The only downside we had was that we could not access our personal data to security use our phone. They do provide free wi-fi which we used to watch Netflix on the Samsung TV. But for safety, we only use our personal data with our phones when travelling, and we had to go outside on the street to get service. Just something to be aware of. But we will end on a positive note again, the location is fantastic and such an easy walk to all the sites, We even walked from the train station to the unit, but taxied back to the station for about 12 euro.

Perfect for walking around Salzburg and the old city areas

Terrific location with easy access to most of Prague via tram or by foot. Clean, large modern apartment. Great to have hotel reception and café next door, too.

Modern, gated and clean apartment. Everything was perfect; bed comfortable, lovely shower. Location was so convenient to restaurants, sights and the Spa convenience store opposite. Used the car park a few minutes walk away. Would definitely book this accommodation again.

Excellent communication and check in very easy. Very comfortable bed good shower nice size room and helpful kitchenette. Easy check out. Central location to everything. Would definitely recommend.

Location 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Convenience 5/5 Could've have asked for a better location, with a supermarket just across the road and pedestrian walkway only 1 min walk away! The room was clean, with decent amount of amenities. There was also a laundry room, great for a mid trip stop to wash up. The only minor disappointment was I didn't receive the WhatsApp message in advance, as I used my Chinese number for the booking. So we were left standing at a unmanned reception (doors locked) for quite awhile whilst trying to arrange for the online registration and access codes. I wish more efforts were spent on hotel side to get in touch via other means than just WhatsApp... That said, I would still recommend the hotel. Bear in mind, the nearest car park costs 20 Euro per day, without re-entry...

Check-In und Kommunikation erfolgt sehr unkompliziert und einfach. Das Studio hat eine gute Grösse, ist modern eingerichtet und bietet mit der kleinen Küche eine tolle Ausstattung.

Lovely property, right on the very edge of the main tourist district. Very clean. Nice to have a balcony (ashtrays provided). Very close to buses and trolley buses, and a small grocery shop just over the corner. If you read your emails from master properties you can’t go wrong. Witnessed a couple of people who didn’t pay attention so explained to them how to check in. The system works perfectly provided you don’t ignore your messages. Cleaning staff very pleasant, and kitchen well thought through. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic place to stay . Ideal location. Modern and very comfortable and loads of space . I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone coming to Salzburg

Fantastic location & accommodations were amazing! Steps away from great restaurants such as Alter Fuchs for a more traditional Austrian meal and Taj Mahal for the best Indian food! We rented a car halfway into our stay and found parking very convenient, for $20 a day we were steps away from the parking garage! The communication was top notch, easy to get in to the apartment and felt very safe even walking around at night! Thank you, thank you!
