The hotel and parking are very easy to find, the host is wonderful, mapped out exactly how to use the Metro (located a 2 min walk from hotel) to get to downtown Vienna, The Metro is so easy to use. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and breakfast has a great selection. Would very highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Vienna .

Hi everyone, I want to make sure whoever is considering coming here is aware of all experiences at Pension Erlaa, especially if it’s your first time visiting Vienna. I came with my grandmother who had visited Vienna before about 6 years ago, we are from the U.S, she’s 78 years old now. There are sensor lights in the lobby that ended up turning on as my grandmother fell going down the stairs near the entrance (it was dark outside already). We turned on the lights in the hall and there was some lighting in the stair well- the lights turn on and off- even when going up the stairs too if it’s not sensing motion as you’re walking. Therefore, it’s a major potential for physical injury that Pension Erlaa needs to take responsibility for. No elevator either as you can see in their description. Anyways, management got defensive when we asked to leave and get a full refund. We had only been there for about 3 hours or so in total, so we didn’t even spend one night. No towels, we asked twice- you have to go down the stair well to ring a bell to get assistance. They were very rude, raising their voices- especially a man who kept interfering, cursing in German. We called our booking company and were only given only 2 nights refund for our 8 night stay per the decision given by Pension Erlaa. We left not only due to the poor treatment by staff, but also due to our events being far away for my grandmother to walk on a swollen ankle and now needing a hotel with an elevator.

地下鉄駅から歩いて3-5分。市内中心部までは地下鉄で50分以内。静かな環境で近くにイタリアレストラン、スーパマーケットもあり。Wifiは十分速度が出ていて快適。朝食付きで、非常にリーズナブルな価格。なにより、ホテルのオーナーの方が親切・家庭的。お子さんも一緒に朝食をとって学校に行ってました。とてもよかったです。またViennaに行く機会があれば宿泊したいです。

Sehr nette Pension am Rande von Wien, super nette Gastgeber, Preis/Leistung hervorragend, U-Bahn in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar, Parkmöglichkeit, gutes Frühstück, sehr bequeme Betten.

Unterkunft sauber, Besitzer freundlich. Hotel liegt am Rande eines Wohn- bzw. Einkaufs- bwz. Industiegebiet.

Very nice and quiet place. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

I do recommend this Pension for short and long term stay. We enjoyed our time there. I couldn't find anything to complain.

Mit Auto einfach zu erreichen, Öffis in der Nähe und man ist rasch im Zentrum

easy tram ride directly to karlsplatz or wien opera on weekends and nights or 3 Stop bus ride to subway and transfers during week days. tram Stop is opposite lidl 2 minute walk. friendly family run place, who goes all out to ensure you have a relaxed stay. i.e. when we were leaving on a cloudy day,they would ask if you would like an umbrella. good breakfast buffet. great secure parking for cars inside the gate.

Ruhige familiengeführte Pension, gute U-Bahn Verbindung mit der U6 in die Stadt, sehr leicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Perfekt mit Anreise mit dem Auto

Freundliche Wirtin. Im Aussenquartier, ruhig, Anbindung öV/U-Bahn geht. Frühstück nach Auswahl bescheiden, Qualität gut. Am Uebergang vom Duschschlauch in die Brause spritzt es nach allen Seiten, Ventilation wie vom Baumarkt klappernd. Schrank vom Brockenhaus, die Türschüssel sind verbogen und fallen (trotzdem..) heraus. TV i.o. Betten i.o. Als Accessoire gibt es nur eine Sauna (nicht benutzt). Kein Pool, Aufenthaltsraum, Fitness usw. 4 Sterne?? Nie und nimmer.. Gut: die Leitung hat die Vorhalte akzeptiert!! Aber es dauere so lange, eine Korrektur beim Wirtschaftsamt zu veranlassen..!!! Fazit: 2 Sterne
