Nice hotel, walkable city ,Good restaurants

Im allen wesentlichen Punkten okay. Bett bequem, TV groß, Internet stabil, Dusche warm. Für ein, zwei Nächte würde ich wiederkommen. Für mehr als zwei Tage aber wenig Komfort: kein Schrank für die Klamotten, kein richtiger Arbeitsplatz im Zimmer, obwohl es groß genug wäre, nur eine Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer, kein Fitnessraum, die Bar nicht gemütlich. Zur Lage: zwar direkt am Hauptbahnhof, aber dort weitestmöglich von der U1 entfernt. Dadurch ca. 20 Minuten zum Stephansplatz.

Good lower budget hotel. Service room every third day. Comfortable bed plus good shower facilities

Pleasant stay at the hotel. Close to the train station which is good especially if you are getting to and from the airport. About 40 min walk to main bit of Vienna. Friendly staff. Room was basic but clean and breakfast times were good especially if you have trips booked.

New hotel near the Vienna trains station. Modern feel. Decent sized room, with lots of space for Europe. Small work desk. Good sized rain shower. Wifi worked well. Breakfast has a large number of choices (mainly on the cold side). Convenient location to station and metro. Space friendly and helpful.

Everything was fine except for 2 things: - room didn’t have a fridge - probably my fault for not checking - one room was not seen in the reservation causing hassle - don’t know whose fault is this, expedeia or the hotel

I booked this hotel for the shear convenience of being near Wien HBF, and the lower rate among several hotels in the area. It has a comfortable bed, clean, quiet, but has minimal amenities, just liquid soap in a dispenser and hair dryer in the bathroom. It's good for the rate, but nothing special.

Saubere Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Leider fehlten einige Annehmlichkeiten wie Safe, Kleiderschrank, Wasserkocher und eine Flasche Wasser bei Ankunft. Das Frühstück war sehr eintönig.

Schreckliche Betten und Polster. 4 Leute und keiner konnte schlafen. Nie wieder.

We were at the last floor where is supposed to be the best room, ours had a regular size, the bed was OK, the bathroom OK although there are not furniture, only 2 hangers for jackets, no night table, no wardrobe, luggage and backpack stayed in the floor, a tiny table, one chair, no safety box , no refrigerator and the TV has only channels en German not even English subtitles my qualifications a generous 2 start. All around the property is a new developed area, office business, hotels and apartments building 2 blocks from the Vienna main train station and just crossing the street from the hotel is the tram that goes directly to the City Center

There's no refrigerator with limited working table and chair if you need to do some office wirk.

Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof, weshalb ich mich für das Hotel entschieden hatte. Leider lag mein Zimmer sowohl in Richtung der stark befahrenen Straße sowie neben den Bahngleisen mit nächtlichem Güterverkehr. Direkt gegenüber dem Hotel liegt ein gefördertes Wohngebiet, deren Anwohner in zwei meiner vier Nächte bis in den späten Abendstunden durch Grölen und Musik auf sich aufmerksam machten. Zudem ging ab 6 Uhr morgens an der vorm Haus befindlichen Ampel der Blindenwarnton an. Da ich nur mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann, war ein ruhiger Schlaf auch im 6. OG nicht jede Nacht gewährt. Ich muss jedoch sagen, dass ich mich diesbezüglich nicht vor Ort beschwert habe, zumal das Hotel selbst ja nichts für meinen leichten Schlaf und die von mir gewählte Umgebung konnte. Die Rezeption war nicht immer besetzt. In die oberen Stockwerke kam man nur mit Karte, ohne die sich der Aufzug nicht bewegte. Das Zimmer war eher spartanisch ausgestattet und bei Ankunft gründlich gereinigt. Minibar und Kühlschrank gab es nicht. Die Matratze vom Bett war bequem. Der Kleiderschrank bestand aus 4 Bügeln und zwei 30x30 großen Fächern. Der Plasma-Fernseher bot viele Programme verschiedener Länder an. Das Frühstück hatte für mich ein gutes Angebot. Alles in allem ist das Hotel wohl eher für jüngeres Publikum gedacht. Ich persönlich würde mir beim nächsten Wienbesuch wohl eher ein Hotel in der Innenstadt suchen, was allerdings an der örtlichen Umgebung des Hauptbahnhofs liegt.

While the hotel is near the train station and the bed is comfortable and the room looks aesthetically pleasing. The housekeeping is far from ideal. I have reported my clogged sink and empty soap dispenser TWICE to the reception during my 3 night stay. But nobody eventually went to my room to fix it. I didnt bother after that. The hotel seems to be shorthanded in the reception too. Waiting time just to ask a simple matter is long. I stayed in room 232 if u would like to verify. No 5 star review for sure from me.

Value for money, convenient location, good breakfast and great staff, highly recommend restaurant opposite hotel Urban wonderful food at reasonable prices 👌

Just ok, rooms are very simple. Internet is best at lobby, in room very unstable. Very confortable bed.

A estrutura do hotel é boa. Não é tão próximo dos pontos turísticos, mas tem tram em frente ao hotel. Estão se não quer pegar um tram p o centro, considere outros hoteis. Do lado da estação de trem que tem diversas lojas, inclusive mercado. Quarto não possui frigobar e o wifi oscila bastante. A limpeza é o destaque negativo, bem negativo. A limpeza é realizada a cada 3 dias, mas vc pode pedir antecipação. Detalhe que no momento da reseva, não tivemos essa informação (pelo menos não vi isso informado). A limpeza a cada 3 dias não seria um problema se ela fosse reslizada adquadamente. Na nossa estadia, a limpeza deixou a desejar. Foi apenas retirado o lixo dos banheiros e feita a arrumação da cama. Verificamos que os fios de cabelo caídos no chão do box ainda estavam lá. A privada não foi limpa, apenas jogaram um desinfetante. Cabelo pelo chão do quarto. Uma decepção. O café da manhã é bom.

We arrived early in the day and our room was ready when we arrived. The room was simple and clean. Three of us stayed in the room, and there was only one bed. There was ample space within the room to set up my son's travel air mattress on the floor next to the bed. They left us an extra set of sheets and blankets to use on the air mattress. The included breakfast buffet was a big hit with all but the vegan member of our family (there wasn't anything for the vegan to eat). The location, just steps from the central train station, was great for our stay in Vienna. Note that it took awhile to walk to the closest subway station -- since it required walking through the full central train station to get to it.
