This hotel was the best part of our trip! The room was so big with lots of space for us to be comfortable. The bed was so comfortable along with the bedding and the pillows! We booked a baby bed in advance, and it was in great condition, clean and came with bedding which our toddler loved. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the space outside and in the lobby to hangout and eat and have a drink. The water and snacks in the lobby were a nice treat.

The bed was so comfortable, and the room was huge! The hotel was modern and clean, and the staff very attentive. The bar had good cocktails and the breakfast was great, though a bit expensive. It was well located near the city centre and main attractions, but a bit out of the way so it was nice and quiet. Overall we would 100% stay here again.

Super nettes Personal. Frühstück-Bufett ist lecker aber mit 35€ pro Person aber auch nicht günstig. Zimmer sind ok. Dusche leider nur über die Badewanne erreichbar. Großes Bett mit einer riesigen Bettdecke.

Family friendly hotel, they have a kids chair and offered it for a breakfast which was helpful! They also kindly taught us the nice restaurants area.

We enjoyed our stay in general. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was spectacular. There was one thing that made our stay less enjoyable: staircase was the only way to get to our room with two kids. The family room is on a residential building attached to the hotel. The good side is that you have more privacy and very easy to get in and out without having to bump into other guests. The staircase is steep and somewhat narrow so for us, tired parents with messed up knees was not great. I guess you just need to be aware of that if you have mobility issues.
Besides that, great location near supermarket, restaurants and walking distance to maintain attractions of the city.
The front desk service was great and we highly recommend the hotel.
