Citybox Brussels Centre Louise

Todo excelente, especialmente las camas son muy cómodas, está ubicado en un lugar muy agradable y hay muchas opciones para comer además de tiendas y es muy accesible para manejarse por transporte o caminando.

Bien situé, personnel très agréable et très disponible. Les chambres sont agréables mais le gros point négatif est qu’il n’y a rien pour ranger nos vêtements donc tout est resté dans les valises. Juste 2 petites étagères au niveau du bureau. Dans la salle de bains, seulement 2 accroches serviettes pour 4 donc les serviettes ne sèchent pas …. Au -1, salle pour manger, des frigos à disposition, micro-ondes, table de ping pong, machine à laver…. Supplément chien à payer au Check in

Horrível. Apesar de ser um hotel, em teoria, mais barato, a diária foi um preço bem salgado. O check-in é todo automatizado, feito com totens, não tem um funcionário à vista. O totem não dá a opção de adiantar o check-in. O quarto não tem TV ou frigobar. Ao pedir uma cama de casal, são duas camas de solteiro juntas. O colchão é fino e desconfortável, assim como os travesseiros. O edredom é de solteiro, o menor que já vi na vida. O ralo do chuveiro estava entupido, alagando meu quarto. Como não tem telefone ou uma recepção, não havia para quem pedir ajuda.

man kann mit keinem Mitarbeiter kommunizieren. Er sagt nicht einmal „Hallo“. Es war nur sehr sauber. Sonst gibt es keine weiteren Besonderheiten.

Otel metroya yürüme mesafesinde. Odaların genişliği güzel, sade ama çok kullanışlı ve çevre dostu olarak planlanmış. Temizliği çok iyi idi. Online check in ve check out yapılıyor, çok hızlı giriş ve çıkış. Etrafında alışveriş merkezi ve mağazalar bulunuyor. Yemek yerleri çok yakın. Tekrar kalmak isterim. The hotel Citybox is very beatiful.

Buen lugar

Out of the 4 nights I have stayed in the property, the first half were troubling, but the second half was acceptable. The top floor room I was first assigned to didn't have functional air circulation (warm humid air was expressed even if the aircon was turned to max setting). Fortunately, under the help of the hotel staff I was moved to a lower floor. However, there was a power issue on the floor the next night and it wasn't fixed until beyond midnight. The staff member was being as helpful as they can, but there weren't enough staff to manage a separate customer issue as well as the power issue (which affected more rooms). The room reminds me of another hotel brand which are also minimalistic in branding and services, but unfortunately my experience in Citybox Brussels has deterred me from choosing the brand in other cities, which is a shame. I do have to say I am thankful for the in-house staff which tried their best to troubleshoot things, and the room itself is fine (furniture and interior design wise) but the rooms are inconsistent in quality, so the opinions are polarizing.

Alles was uitstekend, op 5 min loopafstand parkeren, winkels op loopafstand. Ik miste alleen een tv in de kamer. Maar ook dat was na dag 2 oke.

God beliggenhet (fint område, kort vei til metro tre stopp fra sentralstasjonen) grei størrelse på rommet, fin utsikt ut mot fortauskafé. Lytt mellom rommene. Det var problemer med nabodøra og vi hørte banking på den døra som om det var vår dør. Frosta glass til badet med innsikt fra senga er ikke for alle som reiser to sammen. Man ser veldig godt den som er på badet. Det er en resepsjon der, men den er litt gjemt! Ved ankomst blir man mødt med skjermer med self-check in, og, uten at det står noe sted, fungerer ikke dette med hotels.com. Man må finne resepsjonen.
