We waren op doorreis, het was een prima hotel

Stayed in a single room and the bed was so creaky and uncomfortable. Also had room service which was delivered without cutlery.

The promotion picture is completely different from the hotel but overall a good experience

I usually stay at this hotel on the right side of the building when entering the lobby and all is fine. This time, I was on the left side and it was a really bad experience. First, I waited 15 min to have someone at the reception desk to check-in. The room was worn-out and basic. It was very noisy from all sorts of AC noises around the room. The bed was very small, uncomfortable, and the "pillow" more hard small rocks than anything... That said, people are nice, food is good, it's a pity that there is such a difference between the two parts of the hotel...

top het was niet de eerste keer dat we er logeerden en we zeker terug. Vriendelijk personeel en zeer lekker ontbijtbuffet. Doe zo verder.

Great place, clean, nice staff.

The hotel was well organized with a great breakfast, friendly staff, and happening buzz. A lot of groups were there for bicycling and outside activities.

Halte d'une nuit lors d'une semaine de vacances. Hotel tres correct bien que tres standardisé comme beaucouo d'hôtels modernes de cette catégorie. Donc un bon confort et un bon buffet petit dejeuner egalement, mais sans charme particulier. Attention il ne s'agit pas du chateau visible sur la premiere photo du site de reservation comme nous l'avions cru. Juste un exemple de ce qui se trouve aux environs probablement.

Heel fijn hotel, net over de grens met Nederland. Veel parkeerplaatsen. Kamer ziet er net en gerenoveerd uit en is voorzien van alle comfort. Ontbijtbuffet heel uitgebreid en lekker. Enig minpunt: ondanks dubbele beglazing toch lawaai vanop de parking te horen in de kamer.

Bel établissement. Chambre propre, fonctionnel et confortable. Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner excellent. La cuisine au restaurant est très bonne.

Booked a standard room that, as it appeared, does not include a coffee/tea maker. The receptionist Anouk saved the day by providing one anyway (great service - thank you!), but I've never heard of a room without such an implement. Make it standard!

Breakfast and restaurant delicious!!!

Nadat we aankwamen zijn we gelijk naar de bar gegaan om wat te gaan drinken. Wat ons opviel was dat de mensen daar heel vriendelijk waren en niet verlegen waren voor een praatje. Daarna voortreffelijk gegeten. Wat een genot. kamers waren ruim, schoon en de bedden lagen voortreffelijk. Ruim bad. Zeker de moeite waard om nogmaals te logeren en vooral te gaan eten !

Restaurant staff great, was late one night from work and the kitchen had closed but they still cooked me a hot meal which was very much appreciated!

Grenshotel de Jonckheer voldeed in alle opzichten aan onze verwachtingen, inclusief het restaurant.

I loved the location , breakfast are perfect also

Alles was prima in orde, echt een aanrader! Alleen jammer dat een schemerlamp kapot was en blijkbaar geen vervanger beschikbaar en dat lift defect was (deerde ons niet)
