The front desk is open daily from 7 AM - 11 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 10:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative PCR COVID-19 test result or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 16 and up, and the test must have been administered no more than 48 hours prior to check-in. COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 16 and up. Children under 16 years old are allowed in the wellness area (pool, spa, hammam, sauna) from 8 AM to 10 AM and from 6 PM to 8 PM only. Wearing a swimsuit is mandatory in all our facilities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam) Breakfast: from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (the buffet is cleared from 10:00 a.m.) Lunch: from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (it is possible to arrive until 2:00 p.m.) Dinner: from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (it is possible to arrive until 8:30 p.m.)
