Great location for walking in Antwerp.

It is an absolutely gorgeous hotel in a great location. The staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly and helpful. I liked that you could put a sign on your door to plant a tree rather than have your room cleaned as an option.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful decor and friendly staff. Dog friendly. Good buffet breakfast and a cooked breakfast option available. Lovely big room with a beautiful bathroom.

Always a pleasure to stay here, the staff are wonderful, welcoming and accommodating from the moment you step foot in the hotel. The rooms are a great size and laid out wonderfully with all the amenities you would expect; the bar has a lovely selection and again the staff here truly make the experience! Not our first stay in this lovely hotel and won’t be our last.

uitstekend hotel, mooie locatie, helaas jammer van de bouwput voor de deur in verband met wegwerkzaamheden. Parkeren fijn onder hotel.

Ik heb 6 kamers geboekt voor een board meeting. Normaal verblijven we in een ander 5 sterren hotel maar we wilden dit hotel uitproberen. Helaas viel het tegen tov mijn verwachtingen. Allereerst waren alle kamers ijskoud. Verwarming kon aangezet worden maar dan duurt het paar uur voordat het warm is. Er zijn werkzaamheden in de straten. Daar kan het hotel niets aan doen maar als 'geste' naar de gasten hadden ze geregeld dat er voor 6.30 uur geen werkzaamheden zijn. 6.30 uur is voor een normale gast gewoon erg vroeg en bovendien begon men al om 6.20 uur. Leuk die oordopjes maar ik wil niet met oordoppen moeten slapen. Tenslotte viel ook het ontbijt tegen. Kwalitatief is het prima maar geen ei (moest je bestellen begreep ik later), geen vorken (niemand die zich daarom bekommert) en beperkte keuze. Geen 5 ster waardig helaas. Tenslotte 3 keer aangegeven dat ik voor alle kamers de city tax wil betalen maar desondanks bleek het uiteindelijk toch op ieders persoonlijke creditcard te zijn belast. Pluspunt: heerlijk bed

The hotel is overpriced for the service offered to the visitors. True, it is with an excellent location, freshly renovated in a stylish chic and gorgeous interior design of the shared spaces. We appreciated the friendly and helpful team at the reception and the bar. In the room, though, there were a lot of disappointments... The room services persons at the floor were not polite, and even when we noted that they had done a lousy job preparing the room, they did not deliver any better: for two people we were given only one bathrobe, we were not given any pantoufles (and when we asked, we only got a tiny No36 pair which was a joke for my husband), the sewing set was emptied and not replaced with a new one; the bottles with shampoos and douche gel were practically empty at our arrival and were not filled up during our stay; we had asked for a late check-out (which the reception graciously accepted and registered in the system), which did not prevent the room maid to enter the room for cleaning... when we tried to explain we had booked a late check out, she retorted back in a disrespectful manner. We had kept our towels on the rafts, in order to contribute for a lower environmental impact (as advised by the notice in the bath), but the towels were changed anyway. On the first day we had tea and coffee in the room, but the room service staff did not replace the cups with clean ones and did not even empty the bin. A very unsatisfactory performance at the room.

Lovely hotel centrally located for shopping and the old town. Friendly and helpful staff.Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Great shower. All in all a fabulous 2 night stay.

Fijn hotel

Excellent hotel with very nice decorations and atmosphere. Great shower. We had a room on the top (3rd) floor giving us a bit of a view. Lower floors will not have a view or only a street view. The street in front of the hotel is undergoing construction till may'25, so all quiet now. Quite a few guests brought along their dogs which is allowed apparently. Not a plus for other guests though

We absolutely adored our stay and plan on returning, we did not see another hotel anywhere in Antwerp that we liked more. The area is convenient to both shopping and the historical area. Walking distance to everything. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was lovely too.

There is a lot of construction happening around the hotel, but the staff and accommodations make up for it. The night manager, was really wonderful, made sure we were able to box our breakfast before making it to our very early train. The rooms are spacious and lovely!

Great location Great design Friendly staff Excellent food. Decent price. no hot water the last nignt, would have been great to take a warm shower after a long day of work.

Rigtigt godt ophold. Meget central beliggenhed. Hotellet har en høj standard. Morgenmad og service på hotellet var af en høj standard. Vi havde et værelse direkte ud til en bar/pub. Det gav en del støj fra gaden over natten.

Great hotel and great location, close to shopping and dining. Will stay there again!

Das Fenster des Zimmers war leider nur einen kleinen Spalt zu kippen, aber nicht zu öffnen. Und leider mussten wir nach jeder Nacht (Oktober !) feststellen, von zahlreichen Mücken gestochen worden zu sein - woher sie kamen, weiß man nicht, vielleicht aus der Lüftung oder Klimanlage. Leider haperte es auch mit dem Nachfüllen der Nespresso-Kapseln und Teebeutel. Aber insgesamt ist es ein sehr gutes Hotel, das wir wieder besuchen würden.
