What an amazing hotel. Had such a lovely atmosphere and all staff were super friendly. Our room was warm and comfortable and all communal areas were so cosy. We would absolutely stay here again and can’t recommend enough. Really great location too.

We rented 2 rooms for 4 nights. Housekeeping didnt show up on one of the days. Had to call multiple times just to get fresh towels. Next day, they did show up but left the room smelling of sewage. Had to make many calls and trips to front desk just to have housekeeping come back and spray deodorant in the room. Both our rooms had mildew in showers, toilets and on showerhead, which was not addressed during our stay despite our complaint on the first day.

Bien que ça ne remette pas en jeu le choix de cet hôtel fantastique pours nos prochains séjours, quelques bémols cette fois ci ont été constatés !
Chambre surchauffée (tout le dernier étage apparemment) et bouton de ventilation cassé ! Le hammam également était en panne et à été réparé pour notre dernier jour.
À part ça, cet hotel est vraiment reposant et superbe.
Notre prochain séjour sera au Dominican de toute façon.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal. Sehr viel Flair. Allerdings sind die Zimmer nicht ganz so frisch wie auf den Bildern. Es gibt Schrammen und Gebrauchssuren im Eingangsbereich und nicht ganz sauber neben dem Kopfende des Bettes. Wenn die Zimmer 3so teurer wären könnte man vielleicht drüber hinwegsehen, aber bei über 300 Euro sollten die Zimmer etwas in Schuss gebracht werden. Dann wäre es ein Traumhitel.
