The BNB on Triggerfish Close to the airport

Our host Vinny is the standard of what host should be. She was warm, friendly, and accommodating. Also a great cook. The room was comfortable with everything you need and nothing you don't. The pool is the spot to hang out here. Close to the airport and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was so good we're staying there again before we fly home.

Vinny, the property manager was wonderful. She took very good care of our group. She was like family to us. Triggerfish BNB is an excellent place to have a vacation. It was like home away from home. We all enjoyed the BNB. There were 8 in our group and we occupied the whole house and we loved it.

Our hostess, Vivene, was a pleasure to work with. The rooms were spotless, and the property was well-maintained. I highly recommend taking the time to enjoy her hearty breakfast before starting your day.

The staff was great. The room was clean but small. You really need to have a car or be prepared to get a taxi for lunch and dinner. We somehow thought we would be able to walk to a restaurant, but that is not the case. Also it would have been nice to have a bit of fruit with the breakfast.

Vinnie is amazing!!! We stayed one night. We flew into Belize, spent the night and flew out in the morning to go to San Pedro.

Vinny, the BNB manager was a very gracious host. The place was very serene and peaceful. Rooms were very spacious. And the breakfast was great. Will not hesitate to come back.

We were warmly greeted by Vinny as soon as we arrived, The property is clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The delicious Belizean breakfasts prepared by Vinny was a great way to start our day. We are delighted to have made a new friend in Vinny, and when our travels bring us back to Belize, we will definitely seek out this property!

A nicely maintained BnB with good proximity to the airport. Very basic but does the trick. Hostess very friendly and helpful. They’ll help with transportation from/to airport and for dinner recommendations. Not much around there though.

This BNB was amazing for our stay before flying out the next morning. Vinny was a delight. She cooked a nice breakfast for us, before heading to the airport. We had asked about transportation from the water taxi to her place and she arranged for a taxi to pick us up. The taxi driver also picked us up in the morning for the 10 min ride to the airport. . You do need to remember this is a BNB , so you will need to bring lunch and something for dinner. Unless you want to go out. There are a few local places. Would highly recommend it was quite peaceful and Vinny was a great host.

Inconvenient location If you don't have a car no restaurants or store within walking distance, access road still unpaved. But it is a pleasant lodging, very clean with a nice pool and convenient to airport.

Property manager is delightful!!! So clean and quiet. Breakfast is delicious. Book Tony for any transportation to or from airport. He is also fabulous for a day trip to Altun Ha and cave tubing. Steven is the Best guide for cave tubing! Highly recommended!

The staff were friendly and helpful, the area is quiet and safe, the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff arranged a taxi to and from the airport and bus terminal for us. However, one reason I booked this accommodation was that it listed that there is a restaurant on site. There is not, although it seems like there used to be. There are a couple restaurants in Ladyville but they are a bit of a walk away. Thus, the owners need to update the listing and drop the price a bit.

What a wonderful discovery. This place is lovely! Great area, easy to get a taxi. Has wildlife roaming around and is very clean and Vinny is very friendly and charming! Wish we had a few more days to stay and enjoy the pool. Her breakfasts were just right! Great place!

We stayed here as a layover before our next flight to elsewhere in Belize. It was super nice and very clean. We arrived on a Monday and many restaurants were closed and the owner helped us find a restaurant and drove us there and helped us get a return trip back at night. One thing to note is that there is not a restaurant on the premise. We left early so I don't know if there was breakfast included. Coffee was a 'hotel' coffee pod. It would have been nice to have a properly brewed cup of coffee. The airport transport is a local cab which the BNB arranged but had no direct input into. The cabdriver was at the airport on time and very nice. The ride from the airport to the BNB was very short but very expensive. We did mention this to the owner and it came as a surprise that it was so pricey. So beware of that...

This is our second stay here. The rooms are nice, bed is comfy, excellent shower, clean and the breakfast is home cooked. Close to the airport. Wanna go somewhere? They will contact Tony for your cab ride to go out to dinner or whatever. Also, they arranged for Tony to take us to the airport. Vinnie is always helpful and full of information.

The owner Kathy was awesome. Very helpful. Help me straighten out my reservation. Negotiate your taxi fee in advance. Several of us stayed there and thought that $15 US a person from the airport to the location was steep. Otherwise my stay was terrific!
