Great property within GRU transit area that is convenient for a short rest. There is quite a walk if your flight departs from Terminal 2 gate area because gate assignments are not known until a fews hours prior to departure

This property can only be booked by guests who are in transit on international flights, or who are departing on an international flight from Guarulhos International Airport (GRU). Guests departing on an international flight must have a valid boarding pass (flight check-in via web applicable) and only carry hand luggage. Guests on a connecting international flight must stay in the transit area, have a valid boarding pass, and only carry hand luggage. Please note that guests cannot access or retrieve their checked luggage while staying in the hotel. Passengers departing on domestic flights cannot access this property.

No se informa adecuadamente que el hotel es SOLO para pasajeros en tránsito, que no salen de lado aire del aeropuerto. O sea, solo puedes acceder al hotel si tienes un vuelo internacional al día siguiente y hay que pasar el filtro de seguridad del aeropuerto.

La ubicacion del Hotel, DESPUÉS de la pasar migración haber documentado las maletas, hacen que sea muy complicado acceder a este hotel. No todas las aerolíneas aceptan documentar con 10 o 12 horas de anticipación. Se pierde muuucho tiempo para acceder al hotel. En mi caso, tuve que dejar mi maleta en un Guarda-Volúmenes (pagar por ello 15 dólares), hacer migración, dormir en el hotel y al siguiente día temprano, ENTRAR de nuevo a Brasil para poder ir a documentar mi maleta. Y de nuevo hacer Migración para volver a salir de Brasil. Demasiado complicado. El Hotel NO acepta el ingreso si no se tiene documentadas las maletas grandes. Última vez en este hotel. Creí que por dormir en el aeropuerto ahorraría tiempo. La siguiente vez, mejor busco un hotel alrededor del Aeropuerto de Guarulhos.
