ATM Centre Hotel

A spacious apartment for the price of a regular room. We stayed three nights. The room had all amenities you can expect. The AC barely worked despite being overly loud. The room was always too hot. Breakfast was good, but there were often too many people in there at once for such a small table. The location of the hotel is a bit far away from the nearest public transport. It's not in the city center. The word "center" in the hotel's name rather refers to a nearby business center. The two elevators were sometimes too busy, which meant lines formed. When we've stayed at other apartment hotels, there are usually utensils, plates, etc. In this case, there were two forks, one knife and four glasses but nothing else in the kitchen. The room had a jacuzzi, but if you just wanted to take a shower, it wasn't great. The shower was only long enough for a short person, maybe 150 centimeters high, and there was nowhere to attach it on the wall, so you had to hold it in your hand while crouching or sitting in the jacuzzi.

It looks nicer on the inside than the outside. The rooms are quite spacious, but cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathrooms. I got free breakfast with my stay which was a great value, nothing special but it was perfectly fine. The hotel is only a 15 minute walk from the Metro Station which has direct trains straight into the city centre (about 20 mins) and the airport (about 10 mins). There's also a large shopping mall less than a ten minute walk away with plenty of shopping and dining options. Overall a nice place and I would stay here again.

If you're coming in late to Sofia like I did I would recommend this hotel for your first night. It's simple and you get what you pay for.

Ich war 2 Tage dort. Tolle Mitarbeiter, kostenlose Flughafen-Shuttle und tolles Frühstück. 2 Minuten Fußweg ist ein großer Shopping Mall. Leider gehen die Fenster nicht auf, sonst alles TOP!

Hôtel confortable pour une nuit, malgré quelques détails qui pourraient être facilement améliorés ( un lit avec sommier relevable dont la commande ne fonctionne pas , une lampe de chevet qui ne marche pas)

Very well assisted by the staff. It is a two star basic hotel but very good for the price. Overall very good for what it is.

we claimed the breakfast that was not served as a dry package. unfortunately it was not provided to us in the morning.

Great price. Convenient and cooperative airport transportation. No climate control in room - HOT, like Havana hot. But for the price, worth it. Also, a fabulous restaurant (The Tavern) 1 block away - truly exceptional.

Ok hotel uten luksus, men god plass og det man trenger

Minder goed : geen ventilatie, er kan geen raampje open, heel gehorig, douchebak bijna kapot, schimmel in voegen en douchekop vol kalk. Wc bril zat los. Personeel was niet echt vriendelijk.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. Room was old and dirty with scuffed furniture. Air conditioning did not work and the room was uncomfortably hot. The receptionist told us to leave our hotel room door open. We got up in the morning to take the shuttle to the airport and all of the hotel staff were extremely rude and aggressive. We were treated like garbage. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Rooms spacious and really warm, shower really powerful and hot but not really cleaned properly, breakfast ok, but it’s very cheap to stay there

Habitación grande pero... No cambian las sabanas, el plato de ducha está embozado y sale el agua por todo el baño, mucho ruido, las cortinas no paran el Sol y te despiertas a las 6am, no hay ventanas por lo que mala ventilación, el desayuno es horrible y es escaso. Pregunté por una dirección en recepción y el chico que tenía internet, me dijo que cogiera un taxi y pasó de mí. La recogida del aeropuerto está incluida pero nunca contestaron a los 2 mails que envié con una semana de antelación. La cama es eléctrica, por lo que es incómoda y las almohadas aún más. Calefacción central a tope y mucho calor, sin aire acondicionado.

Stayed here one night before an early flight from the airport. For the price the hotel was excellent and staff helpful.
