BIZ Apart Sofia

Before arriving in Sofia we messaged Biz Apart to arrange a transfer and collection of the keys. They were prompt in replying and very helpful. We were welcomed by Lyubka who showed us round the apartment and put us at our ease because, she said, the outside does not look great but she should not have worried as we were not put off by it. The apartment is quite spacious and bright with large bedrooms and lounge area. The kitchen area was big enough for us with enough facilities for our needs. The only downside was the lack of dishwasher or washing machine tablets and we weren't going to buy any for just 1 or 2 uses. The bathroom isn't huge but was big enough for purpose. The apartment is located just off the main boulevard and ideal for our stay. One tip I have is getting to the airport is quick and easy on the metro and only costs 1.60Lev/person (about 80p). Communication with the letting agent was always swift and courteous. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it anyone

The numbers on the booking confirmation didn't work. I was never able to get hold of the host - and neither was Hotels.com. I ended up stranded and they had to rebook me to a hotel. BIZ Apart Sofia appears to be a fraud - don't book!

The entrance needs a boost and some lights in stairs. Its not comfortable to go down the stairs with the light from cellphones
