Ananda's Siem Reap

I can't enough about what a great place this is. The staff are very helpful, and the house cat feels free to pay us visits in our rooms. It's a very homey place. Good location, clean, comfortable. The kitchenettes are a big plus.

Except for the little steps on the staircase, this is a nice and comfortable little guesthouse run by friendly staff. Will return to stay for sure.

I booked specifying 2 beds but when we checked in, we only got one king bed. They didn't have any other rooms available with twin beds and didn't have any roll-away beds available. Be warned that they might shaft you. I thought this was unprofessional as I travelled with a friend and not a partner. We were offered to change rooms for our last night but decided against it as we had very early morning starts and did not have time to pack up our belongings. As this place does not provide breakfast and early starts are required to see the temples for sunrise and bike tour, there are no places open early in the morning. Retrospectively, I would have chosen different accommodation with breakfast. There are no lifts, so you will have to carry luggage up and down the stairs. As this is not a hotel and the front desk is only opened from 8am-8pm, you have to lock/unlock a padlock door when leaving and going outside those times. The positive is that the staff are very friendly.

Nice cozy boutique hotel in a very central location, yet in a quieter street with walking distance to the buzzing pub street and all other action places. Great eateries also nearby. The hotel itself does not have its own breakfast facilities, but that does not really matter as there are plenty of options nearby for that. Room was big and had its own cooking facilities so one can do some own snacks there if there is a need for that. Bonus points for Picasso the Cat who is guarding the premises.

Big room , clean linens with comfortable bed . The owner went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we need. The hotel close to many good restaurants, try lunch or dinner @Paris Saigon..they have the best spring roll and Margarita, the best breakfast at Malis just 5 minutes walking. There's a salon opposite and spa close by in case your flight in the late afternoon.

Nice staff and very clean room. Enjoyed a movie about Cambodia during stay.

Even though I didn’t notify the hotel staff of my flight info, I contacted the hotel when we got there and they sent someone over to get us right away...despite the drive from the hotel...we didn’t have to wait very long since we did our visa on arrival. The hotel staff that welcomed us to our room was very thorough! He walked us to the room and told us how to work everything and where everything was. What we most appreciated (and unexpected) was the mosquito racquet in the room as well as some sort of plug in thing that repels mosquitos. The cell phone was also a nice amenity but we never used it. The rooms were nice and as pictured online! I highly recommend this hotel.

Just a 5 min walk from all the restaurants and bars, this hotel is brand new and very well kept. The staff is helpful and fluent in English. They'll let you know how to get to the temples and arrange anything you want. There's also a terrace on the roof where you can have a drink and relax. Well worth it! Thank you

Camera grande e comoda con ottimo Wi-Fi.Purtroppo per raggiungerla bisogna salire alcune rampe di scale ripidissime con gradini piccoli e pericolosi.Sconsiglio questa struttura alle persone anziane.Il personale è gentile ma se avete un problema fuori orario nessuno vi aiuterà.Camera non riordinata durante due giorni di soggiorno.

Good location and a short walk to the night market. Excellent customer service from Ananda and his staff who took care of all our needs, even our own named tuc tuc driver who will take you to any of the sights. Every attention to detail so we felt really well looked after. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.
