Clean and spacious room

Big rooms space, hot shower available, cleanliness, big parking lot available for cars.

The room was not suitable for my deskwork.

When we arrived, they had difficulty finding our booking and the staff spoke very little English. The hotel is quite dark with dark wood furnishings which is not very comfortable. Although under the impression that we had booked a room with a shower and bath, we had a jacuzzi bath with a shower head in it. There was nothing to attach the shower head to so had to hold it. Also, the tap to fill the bath didn’t work. In one of our rooms, the bath plug was stuck so it wouldn’t drain the water away. When we contacted reception they didn’t understand and with the help of another guest translating, sent a maintenance guy up who was unable to fix the problem, yet they didn’t offer to change the room either. There was a nasty stain on the mirror (maybe wood varnish) that had ran and a lipstick mark on the wall. On our second morning we woke with lots of bites on our legs so maybe bed bugs? This hotel was basic, with only a local restaurant next door for use for breakfast (Khmer breakfast only). It did have fantastic air con and bathroom amenities however.

Booked a VIP room but was not informed that the jaquzzi bath was broken. A small matter but would have liked to be informed. Otherwise, pleasant stay.

Personnel accueillant. Grande chambre décorée dans le style local. Salle de bain spacieuse et qui fait rêver au départ car équipée d'une baignoire balnéothérapie mais malheureusement cette baignoire ne marche pas. A la place une simple douchette à main qui ne laisse couler qu'un petit filet d'eau. Une carte de menus dans les chambres mais pas de services de restauration finalement. Pas de petit déjeuner non plus.

Air conditioner not working in 2 of the 3 rooms we booked, shower did not have a pole or wall attachment so only handheld available, tub faucet missing in each of the 3 rooms.

Clean, quiet, comfy and only a short stroll into town

Property was clean and the room was good sized. Theres a nice Italian restaurant a couple of blocks away. I would recommend the hotel. However, the bus they arranged to Siem Reap was someone with a minivan, not a commercial vehicle in any way. The ride was terrible in so many ways.

Hotel was nice no issues with the staff everyone was friendly. Unfortunately they were doing road construction in front so very dusty. Not the fault of the hotel

It wasn't in the best surroundings or setting, but still pretty good access to town and the rive.

Séjour agréable. Accueil, propreté et confort sont satisfaisants. Manque une piscine ! La route qui mène de la rivière à l'hôtel ne dispose pas de trottoir et est poussiéreuse. Jolie vue, au moins depuis les étages élevés. Bon rapport qualité-prix

Clean, accommodating staff. Great value for the money.

The beds are amongst the most comfortable we've found in our 6 week trip through Laos and Cambodia. It's only a 10-15 minute walk into town. The shower was hot and powerful, once it had warned up for 5 minutes, and although the receptionist was originally unable to find our Hotels.com booking, everything turned out OK in the end.

Great. Will stay again soon!
