Koh Rong Hill Beach Resort

Great value for money and such a wonderful beach.

On the nicest beach of the island. Room as nice, bathroom was outdated and not super clean.

Like the nature , it quiet ,very clean water and beach . Little pricey on food n drink.

Hotellet var litt slitt, men hadde nok bodd der igjen pga av den flotte stranden

La plage est magnifique, l’eau est vraiment chaude et plaisante. Le personnel est aimable. L’hôtel manque d’entretien, dans les chambres, salle de bain, et le site en général. Quelques restos sur la plage où nous pouvons manger à bas prix.

a diamond left in the rough. Such a shame. Old and dated. The staff a redeeming quality. Breakfast ho-hum and watch out for the sand flies.

Solid spot no real complaints. Location and beach are unmatched. Only thing I could do with better seals on the doors the odd mosquito sneaks in at night, not ideal.

Helt perfekt boende med nära till allt. Strand, pool och om man inte vill äta på hotellet så fanns det massor att välja på ett stenkast bort via stranden. Det bästa av allt var att det låg i slutet på stranden så det var lugnt och skönt. Och ville man ha lite mer livat så var det samma där, bara att gå en liten bit på stranden.

Lovely location set at end of beach although limited dining options.

Koh Rong is quiet but the Hill Beach Resort is located near the more popular area of Long Set beach. Probably nicer places along the other beach but your stuck far away from shops and restaurants. The resort and staff were lovely and I think its the pick on the island. They have their own jetty which the main ferry line drop you off at.

Very close hiking trail that leads to the oceans.

Cute layout. It's beautiful even tho we got the garden view. We still see the ocean

Hôtel très vétuste et un peu isolé Séjour très moyen mais plage magnifique très bel environnement

Wij zouden deze accommodatie niet nog een keer kiezen. Veel kieren waardoor muggen makkelijk de slaapkamer in komen. Er is ook een poging gewaagd om dit verouderde resort wat op te knappen maar dat is allemaal wat slordig gedaan. Ligging wel ok, aan het einde van het strand waardoor het aanzienlijk rustiger is qua geluid en mensen.

Was very secluded and quiet with lots of natural beauty. Only a Few places and a few tourist. Higher priced than other parts of se aisa but stil a pretty good value(your paying for the seclusion). Very friendly and helpful staff. Would atay again if in cambodua but i still prefer Thailand for a vacation.

Fantastisk placering! Skønt placeret lidt væk fra resten af områdets hoteller og butikker, så relativ fredeligt, med en fantastisk udsigt til solnedgangen! Dejlig morgenmad og fine værelser. Generelt er der lidt kosmetiske ting ved hotel områder der trænger, men ikke noget der går udover oplevelsen. Skønt personale, strand og bar. Man kan med fordel kontakte hotellet og snakke med dem om færge billet til deres egen "havnebro", så man ikke skal bøvle med bagage.

Beste Anlage auf der Insel. Die Fähre hat uns direkt am Resort abgesetzt und auch wieder abgeholt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Ich persönlich hätte gerne mehrere Obstsorten zur Auswahl gehabt. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Würde die Anlagen wieder buchen.

I really liked this resort, I was looking for something away from the crowds and this is that place & only a ten minute beach walk to village for restaurants / shop / water sports & quad bike/ scooter hire. Yea coffee in room along with bottled water/nibbles. Outdoor shower is lovely once you reduce the pressure, then it heats up. Hotel has a moped for hire $15 for day. Lovely setting for breakfasts right on water. Beautiful swim up bar with wonderful views out to sea. Snorkels around hotels pier, a few tropical fish, but there are tours. We just enjoyed lots of walking and explored the paths both ways from hotel. Monkeys are fun. Very comfortable bed with mosquito net. Slept so well.. we were in bungalow 23 which was one of the older ones but still only a one minute walk to beach which was better than any Thai beach. Really white powdery sand, so soft… The lagoon behind beach gets washed out twice a day with high tides. Small amount of ting sand flies but not enough to cause a problem. The restaurant manager is lovely, as we’re the reception staff, infact all Really friendly helpful staff, booked return ferry tickets for us with Romny Tours who dropped us off & picked us up right from the hotels private pier (just ask for Barcas pier). Take plenty of USD with you as no cash point at resort, but there are a couple at the main village an hours walk away along the beach and through the mangroves/woods, fabulous walk lots of bars along the way..

Friendly employees, cleanest environment and beautiful sunset over the mountains when you swim in the pool 😻
