Lovely property needing some TLC. Very worn and needing a good clean. Very helpful staff and cheap property.

A quiet property, nice pool. Rooms & furniture a bit outdated. Lot of bugs out near the jungle bring bug spray. Nice staff lil English. Definitely a space for more locals than foreigners.

Water pressure low

Dejlige værelset med Aircondition. Dejlig svimmingpool med tilhørende solstole til frit brug. Man kan spise både morgenmad, frokost og aftensmad på hotellet, og maden er i super god kvalitet! Meget venlige mennesker som arbejder og ejer stedet, vi fik endda lov at tjekke ind lidt tidligere uden ekstra gebyr.

Personalen var trevliga, fint område på hotellet. Wi-Fi laggar jämt så det var en stort minus.

Très mignon bungalow au milieu de la verdure. Piscine très agréable, personnel discret, souriant et efficace. Les propriétaires des lieux sont français. Possibilité de louer scooter sur place, bien utile sur Kep.

The pool, restaurant and bar are lovely - the reason you come to this place! The pool area is a lovely haven which is relaxing and peaceful. The sun loungers are very comfortable and the hotel provides free towels for pool use. They offer cocktails and beers at a good price which can be served to you at the pool. We had a standard double room which for the price we paid was disappointing in comparison to other places we have stayed (albeit they didn't have pools so with this place you pay the higher price for the pool). The bed is comfortable, but the decor is aging and needs some TLC. It was very dark in both the bathroom and the bedroom, there was no hair dryer, mini fridge or mirror in the bedroom. It's a shame the restaurant sells bottle water instead of having a paid water refill to reduce plastic waste. We did receive daily room cleans with a newly made bed which was great but we still had to keep asking them every day for toilet roll as this was not checked on the clean. The french owners were very friendly, however the manager was lacking this and was not friendly upon our arrival or for the rest of our stay. At the end of the day you pay the price for quality of the pool area but not for quality of room.

We had a pleasant stay at their Bungalow! The place is quiet and relax, the best for escaping from stressful city for awhile! The owner is very nice and well accommodating! We will definitely come back again!

Beautiful environment. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Crab market is only a few minutes' walk. Clean but the reception staff may need some training. .

Belli giardino e piscina. Manutenzione stanze scarsa, bagno con "pendenze" che non consentono lo scarico dell'acqua. Ristorante scarso per menu e relative preparazioni, con tempi lunghissimi.

Place (garden) is really nice, the pool is great. Cheap room is average. Staff doesn’t speak english almost at all. Go there if you speak french or can manage without speaking.

French owned place, so lots of french guests. Not that great english, and local staff did not speak english basically at all. But decent rooms, nice pool. Not much vegetarian options on the menu. But over all ok stay.

Très bon lieu accueillant 😃 Les bungalows sont confortables notamment les douches séparées des WC ce qui est rare au Cambodge. Dommage que les fenêtres ne soient pas étanches aux moustiques.

Tout simplement parfait !! Accueil chaleureux, bons services et de très bons et copieux plats.
