A little confusion with check-in. Did not realize I had to contact the host for an access code to front door, was not advised of this by Expedia. Once we got into the apartment everything else was great.

If you value a peaceful & comfortable stay, pls read this before booking.
Our stay was extremely disappointing. On arrival, we discovered the air conditioning was not working. The rooftop AC unit made a loud, alarming noise all night but produced no cool air. Wit the temperature around 25°C in summer, the apartment became unbearably hot, & my children struggled to sleep.
The unit felt unsafe as it was connected to an office through an interior door, with a glass entrance that appeared accessible from outside. After the first night, D building entrance no longer required a code, meaning anyone could enter.
I contacted the property through Expedia chat but received no response. Wen the TV remote also stopped working, I called a number provided by someone outside the building. I was asked to send photos of the thermostat and remote, which I did immediately, but my calls and messages were ignored afterward.
I contacted Expedia, who advised us to check out early and requested a refund for our final night due to the issues. The property declined the refund.
The apartment was not as shown in the photos. The furniture was stained, there was a strong chemical smell, the cookware was scratched and unusable, and the sinks had no covers. Construction made access difficult, and people were often smoking and loitering at d entrance.
Overall, this property fell far below expectations in cleanliness, safety, comfort, and customer service. I would not recommend it, especially families.

Unfortunately, I left with mixed feelings about our stay. Before arriving, I wish the check-in instructions had been clearer. The property was difficult to locate because there was very little signage, and finding the entrance was confusing.
Our first impression of the building was disappointing. There was garbage and several empty liquor bottles outside, and the lobby had an unpleasant odor and appeared to need better upkeep. Throughout our stay, we never saw anyone at the front desk, so getting assistance always required a phone call.
The biggest issue was the crib we requested for our baby. I requested it through Expedia several months before our stay, but it wasn't in the room when we arrived. After calling, I was told it would be delivered shortly. We waited several hours, only to be informed around 10:00 p.m. that it wouldn't be available until the following day. Traveling with a baby, this was extremely stressful and disappointing.
The apartment itself, however, was beautiful. It was clean, modern, spacious, and had very comfortable beds. The location was also excellent, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all within walking distance.
Overall, the apartment and location were great, but better communication before arrival, cleaner common areas, more visible staff, and better follow-through on guest requests would make a significant difference.

There were 5 windows and an air conditioning/heating unit outside of each one that would continuously run during the night. Could not see out the windows. The entrance and stairwell were very dirty! The condo was clean, but the couch, couch pillows and throw covering the couch look like they have never been cleaned before. My husband went to use the hand towel on the wall and as he was using it, the entire towel rack came out of the wall. There were also some homeless people hanging around entrance changing and looking for money. Not a place I would want my daughter staying at. The bed linens were clean and the overall condo was clean.

The Good:
- The interior of the unit was generally quite clean.
- The unit was largely well-appointed, except for a couple of missing items in the kitchen.
- The location, if you fancy this part of the city, was good. There's access to shopping, events etc. We stayed here because the proximity to the work event we were attending. If not for this, we would have avoided Sainte-Catherine Street, which is quite loud and busy.
The Bad:
- The check-in process was confusing. We tried to use their website but were asked to upload front/back photo ID for everyone staying with us (My wife, our baby, and myself). When I couldn't complete the process, I called the number for the property and was instructed to skip the online process and text him pictures of my ID which I wasn't comfortable with.
- We also asked for a crib, which was listed as available. The person said this was fine and to text them the next day to confirm, which I did, but never heard back.
- We got a message checking-in on our stay but this was the last day of a 5-day visit and 2 hours before we got the check-out email. Too little, too late.
- The main issue was the noise. This unit was loud. There is a large AC unit directly outside the bedroom window which could be heard throughout the entire unit.
- There's a pass thru door in the living room that has no sound proofing at all meaning we heard everything in the neighbouring unit (family of 5 with 2 kids and a baby), TV noise, talking, doing dishes, everything.

The entrance wasn’t too hard to find, there’s always people standing at the main entrance smoking and blocking your way. Location wise is alright, the ad didn’t note the huge construction project going on in the area so it’s very busy, noisy and inconvenient. A few sketchy instances where we had people follow us home, seems like all types of people in the area. Place overall was alright, note only 1 bedroom has a door, the other was open walk through. Blinds were not working either, needs a bit of maintenance I feel like.

Cleanliness was lacking, strong unpleasant odour upon entering. Smells musty and damp and my son experienced an asthma attack due to odour. Floors had food and debris on them, furniture was stained, dirty, and broken areas. We stayed less than 30 mins and had to leave. When I called management they gave me the run around. One staff member said I’d receive a refund but that I had to call back the next day but just kept getting an answering machine.

Clean and easy access with coded locks. Close to all the shops, short walking distance to Bell Centre, and a nice jaunt to Old Montreal and Mont Royal. Would definitely stay there again.
